Question about PEForeskin restoration

I tried the search and clicked on all the most relevant threads but nothing really answered my question exactly.

I was circumcised at birth, and I never really noticed it before but I’m cut pretty tight. My scrotum actually pulls upwards. And it seems to connect to my penis at mid-shaft so it looks like a bat wing (anybody seen the movie “Waiting?”) and this also probably reduces the size of my usable penis, I’m guessing.

I’m interested in doing some PE, but I was concerned that if my penis grows but my skin doesn’t, it will only exacerbate the problem. So basically my question is: Will the skin on my dick grow along with my penis itself? Or should I make sure and undertake some foreskin restoration before I try PE?

For the record, I’m not interested in fully restoring my foreskin, I just would like a little bit more slack so my scrotum is more normal.

For me, as I have monitored the skin on my shaft as i experienced gains, I have noticed tiny stretch marks along the entire shaft right up to my circumcision scar.

I am not certain, but my inference from this was that the growth was happening all the way up and down the shaft. With that logic I suspect that your “bat wing” will migrate some … but probably only a percentage of your overall length gain.

In all likelihood your penis skin will grow along with your penis. Particularly if you use a penis extender or a pump.
