To people who gained girth, is your new girthier penis as hard as before or you get girth but it’s not as hard or you don’t get hard like before PE?

I ask this because porn stars like Shane diesel (who probably pumps) don’t seem like they have a penis as hard as someone who doesn’t pump.

Real girth gains are hard, just like before the girth gains. Temporary girth gains, typically from edema buildup primarily seen from pumping long durations, can be soft and mushy depending on how much temp girth gains you have. Squeeze down and there’s a hard dick underneath the edema buildup.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Another point about porn stars like Shane Diesel is that most of his size probably came about due to recurrent priapism caused by sickle cell anemia. Along with that comes a 50% chance of not being able to get hard at all.

So while he probably does pump, he’s also probably riding a fine line between functional and non for other reasons.

I’ve gained about an inch in girth, which isn’t phenomenal, but I haven’t lost hardness

You can’t only rely on pumping for solid girth gains. What you do leading up to a session, and what you do for days after a session is important, just like body building. Manual work is necessary in between pumping days, along with a “grow big” mindset.


Goal 7.5"BPEL x 6.5"mseg.

Current 7"BPEL x 6.1"mseg.

My EQ has increased with PE so my gains are harder than ever.

What should I do for days after a session?

I tried clamping but it doesnt feel like it’s doing much.
