Do we have any compiled data for girth gains like this chart for length?

I’m looking to personally achieve 1.25-1.75” in circumference, and was wondering where that fits in with achieved gains. 4” in length seems to be far out of the realms of reported user experience, while 1-1.5” in length from PE seems very achievable. Was just wondering what the equivalent gains for girth are.

Although some guys gain girth more easily than length, and some vice verse, a rough average girth gain for most guys is about half their length gain. Gaining 1.75” in girth has been done, but it is unusual.

I think 1 inch on girth is real and achievable, but 1.75 I mean almost two inches on girth seems really strange.

If one starts with 4.0 inches in girth and increases it to 5.0 inches, what forces are stopping him from going to 6 (even if it takes a decade)?

Mmm, haven´t thought about it, maybe because that 1 inch on girth would be more than enought for me?.

However, in the spanish forums, I have met quite a lot of guys who have gained more than one inch on girth.

I think that if someone out there has a penis of a certain size, someone else can PE to that point given the proper stimulation, dedication and time.

I say this because if someone has a working penis that is 9 inches long by 6.5 inches in girth, then that is biologically possible to exist. So you can get start at 5 and get to 9 (4 inches in length gain). But I don’t think someone starting at 7 can add 4 inches in length = an 11 inch long penis, which is unheard of without some biological anomaly.

So what you mean is the guys starting with smaller penises have more growing potential?.

Exactly. Case in point, bennett8 who gained 2.25 inches in length and 0.75 inches in girth in 3 years( starting: 3.75” BPEL, 4.75 EG”. Current: 6” BPEL, 5.5” EG):

Going by that logic, anyone can gain 2” of girth. But how many people actually do it in reality?

Big Girtha went from 6”x5” to 7”x7” in 7 years and he’s a legend around here. That alone says enough.

Yes, anyone CAN. But WILL THEY depends on themselves - Big Girtha certainly had the persistence to get there. The point I am trying to illustrate is that BIG GAINS are possible.

so .5-.75” is the “norm”? i wonder if that would go up if someone went only for girth, or if girth has a different limiting factor.

For each increment of girth gained the volume gained is much greater than for an equivalent increment of girth. This means that in order to gain a quarter inch of girth, you have to gain considerably more penis substance (skin, connective tissue, smooth muscle, etc.) than you do to gain a quarter inch of length.

Different guys gain differently, though. Initially I gained significant length in a year with little apparent girth. Then length gains plateaued and even though I was targeting length, I have tended to gain girth more easily than length. The girth gains are not nearly as fast as my initial length gains were, but they are faster than my recent length gains.

Length can be gained by stretching the suspensory ligaments without significantly deforming the tunica. Girth gains require deformation of the tunica, which is tougher. I think both layers of the tunica tend to resist both length and girth gains to some extent, but the outer layer of tunica, with its fibers oriented primarily longitudinally, will not doubt resist elongation more than the inner layer. The inner layer, with fibers arranged primarily in a circumferential manner, will resist radial expansion (girth gains) more. I think it is reasonable to guess that in some individuals one layer is tougher and in other individuals vice verse.

Hello, guys! This is my first post!

The most important thing to me is to achieve girth growing. Sure I want a good length enlargement too, but the girth growing is my main goal. As I have read around here, both seems to come together (or must come together).

Is it correct that I have to wait a couple of months to start making the girth specific exercises?

For now, just stretch and basic Jelq?
