Question about cementing gains
I’ve been PEing for almost three years and have been doing this routine 4 days a week for the past 5 months and have gotten some pretty good gains:
1 hour clamping
30 minutes fulcrum stretching
100 jelqs in the shower
I’m now around 8 inches NBP in length and 6 inches in girth and would like to stop here. Would a regimen of 30 minutes clamping and 20 minutes fulcrum stretching 4 days a week be enough to cement my gains? I plan to continue with this reduced routine indefinitely.
