Okay so I’ve been PEing for about a month and a half just basically doing the newbie routine.
Then I started to get a bad stinging sensation in my penis during jelqing and my hard ons weren’t so hard..
Now I did the newbie routine every morning and at night and so I guessed that might have been the problem, also I did 2 days on and 1 day off. I felt that the problem was that I tried to put in so much work in just one day so I figured I need to disperse my workouts differently.
So I took a few days off and altered my routine a bit. I made it so where I do PE just every AM and I added a 5 sec stretch to each of my normal stretches.
And I tried 4 days on 1 off. Now I haven’t felt that stinging sensation at all but my hard ons are really weak..
So if anyone can identify the problem so I can fix it that would help thanks.
Also I haven’t been consistently doing kegels I’m thinking that may be the issue but I also think there’s something else that’s wrong.
Started - 5.75BPEL, WAS - 6.75BPEL
Currently - 6.00BPEL 9 months now...
