Problem With Grip When Stretching

I’m uncircumcised, so my foreskin follows to cover my penis’ head when I grip to stretch. I pulled all the foreskin back and stretch, it works sometimes, but sometimes my head slips through my grip. Moreover it’s hurts quite a bit when I hold onto my penis’ head and stretch.

Is there any way at all to solve this? Any suggestions?

Morning Supahfly, I too am uncut I know what you mean. I will tell you something that newbie routine but some veins on these arms , I can remember how stretching would work out my hand and forearms more than my unit. Ok now to the point I have found that the use of baby powder helps with grip it has worked well for me and I rarely stretch without it. I also try grab my unit mid shaft,my damn hands are a little too big so I try avoid anything near the head because I do not want to bust anything around this “delicate” area Mid-shaft grip will work mate try out and see. However others may have other suggestions. Take care and happy stretching.

If you stretch like I’m thinking you stretch, then you’re doing it wrong.

When I first started stretching, I pulled my foreskin back too, and with a NORMAL OK grip I grabbed the area right under my glans/head and then stretched.
I just knew this couldn’t be the right way to stretch, so I watch the clip and read some info on the forum.

Basically, you need to grab your penis with an OVERHAND OK grip. Try it, you will certainly feel the difference.
I start my overhand OK grip at the beginning of my penis, but when I’m performing the stretch, my grip is at around the middle of my penis.

Hey Supahfly, I know your troubles - I am uncircumsized too.

A bit of advice - when you retract the foreskin, with an overhand ok grip (palms down) grab the penis about an inch below the head.
Also, use baby powder or something for the grip. I use toilet paper and it works great. Some use rubber gloves or paper towels.
Experiment and see what works best for you.

I’m not cut. In the beginning grip squeezes happened. I worm up well. Stroke penis for blood comes in, especially in penis glans. Do not pull back foreskin completely. Grip is very good, if penis glans has blood in it. Now I do not have squeezes during starching.

Buy the vac-extender. Use the vac headpiece to perform manual stretching exercises. It will give you a far superior grip than your hand can ever provide.

I have not checked everyone’s responses, but two things I can suggest.. Talcum powder, and buy a hand gripper to strengthen grip. (Try captains of crush).

I have similar problems.

Hurts when stretching especially the ligs!

I try to use a fuller whole hand grip VS just an OK.

Oh yeah also try contract your abs or suck them in and you might feel a better pull without having to actually pull so hard.

I’m uncut, too, and I stretch all the time. Here’s what I do: I pull the skin back, make sure I’m good and dry, grab right behind the head with a plam-down OK grip, then just stretch. By palm-down I mean that your thumb should be towards your body, and your pinky is out past the end of your dick. I’ve never needed powder or anything. Just make sure you pull your foreskin back as far as possible before grabbing just behind the head.

Thanks pinafore and sam1966. I haven’t tried powder thou but will try it soon, and I will suck in my abs (should I clench my abs? As in like harden it after sucking in?). And sam1966, I’ve been doing what you suggested, and it feels like I am ripping my penis’ head off.. I can’t really pull that hard as it would hurt quite a bit. I don’t think I am exerting too much strength thou, as I see from the videos on stretching on thunder’s the guy seems to be pulling much harder..

I’m thinking of purchasing monkeybar’s Vac-Extender 2 as status135 suggested. I’ll give all the suggestions a try, and will probably get the VacExtender.

Every time I start stretching, my penis hurts a little. I’m very gentle with until it is well warmed up. I don’t use rice socks or anything, I just stretch it gently, just like people do before exercising any other muscle. After a few minutes I’m able to stretch harder, and after 10 minutes I can grab my dick and stretch as hard as I want. I don’t have any way to measure it, but I guess that I probably pull with 10 to 15 pounds of pressure. So, I’m just saying to start off slow. Once you’ve stretched for a few minutes it shouldn’t feel like you’re going to “rip the head off”.
