So I just started the newbie routine. I’m about to do my second session. I really want to take care of my cock so what preventive measures should I take to make sure it stays healthy. I hear about discoloration and stretch marks.

Pertaining to the actual exercises in the newbie routine, do you have any advice or warnings.

Ask yourself, if I could give a tip to myself the first day I started PE, what would I tell him?

Just finished my second session. I started feeling slight discomfort on the left side of the base of my penis. It felt like I got lightly tapped in the balls but on my dick. Then I felt the slight discomfort in my upper left pelvic area. It happened during wet jelquing. I don’t think I was doing it too hard, but maybe for how new I am it was too hard. It kind of felt like I put too much pressure on a vein. As soon as I stopped within a minute it was all totally gone. Any insight on this? Maybe I should be taking it a bit easier early on. I really want to be careful. Thank you.

Your best bet is to take some time off and evaluate your grip and how long you were doing your jelqs. I personally find it doesn’t have to be a lot harder than my masturbation grip.

Some guys on here talk of a what seems to be a ‘death grip’ for their jelqs, this seemed crazy to me.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that PE is for life and gains come when they come. You might work three months and get and inch or it might take three years to get half an inch. Being consistent and observant is more important than intensity. Using the least amount of force to get the results you want will make sure your penis stays healthy and growing for years to come. Start every routine as if you are just going through the motions and observe your PIs. Based on these, increase or decrease as needed.
