Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Positive PE. Gainers vs. Non-Gainers.

Positive PE. Gainers vs. Non-Gainers.

One thing that seems to be starting to resonate here in my head lately is the awareness of a ‘mental state’ needed to actually do effective PE. It’s been talked of before, but I was wondering what all your takes are on it.

It seems like “stress the penis, not the mind” has been my mantra as of lately, and I’ve been having more fun and growing than I ever had before. Relaxing, not letting the older insecurities take over, trying to have an attitude of curiosity, playfulness. PE is, after all, a hobby, it should be fun.

I wonder if we cross referenced a lot of the gain threads vs. non-gain threads, if we’d find a difference of attitude, perspective, insecurity, etc.? I’ve noticed the excited members grow and glow and rave about it. While the people who complain of little gains never really get beyond that first hump.

What do you all do to get yourself in the zone? I real awhile back about a kid who wore his ADS all day and when he did his jelqs at night he chanted “groooow” to it. I just try to breathe and focus and enjoy it. I’m ADD enough as it is.

Interesting. Maybe I am complaining too much about my current size, and the fact I am only gaining in flaccid length. I do get really excited though and really wish my penis would grow more. Maybe I need to be more encouraging? LOL

Xtended's Progress Report

I won’t say not to complain if you want to. Complaining, like anything is a vent. A release of some sort.

But before you make that post, or get all down on yourself, go PE a little. Hell, go have fun, do something.

The days fly by when you have more fun, and if your PE-ing all the while, you’ll see the gains. :)

OH getting all psychological on us huh? good question though.

Not only psychological, but psychosomatic.

Mind over matter (matter = your dick)

Psychosomatic issue aside, an attitude of fun, of an interesting and unusual hobby I believe is best.

In any “potential” long term project, unrealistic expectations lead to frustration and burnout, certainly not good to long term participation.

If you just learn to have fun with this, and not let it become your total obsession, it keeps it in perspective and you are less likely to get frustrated and quit if you aren’t getting immediate results.

Some guys do get immediate results, and many don’t. If you just treat this like any other hobby, you will tend to do better in the long run. Do your routine, then forget it and go about your life. Keep track of results and if you aren’t growing, re-analyse your routine, make a sensible change and try that for a while.

Its like the old cooking saying, “a watched pot never boils”, with PE, it can potentially take quite a bit of time, even when you are doing an effective routine. If you are pulling your dick out every 5 minutes to check for gains every day, all day…you will burn out and either quit or try desperately high forces that can permanently injure you.

So, have fun with it, approach it seriously, but don’t be too serious about it and you have a very high chance of some sort of success.
