Permanent Penis Damage From Just Stretching - Possible?

Hey guys, I’m curious if ONLY stretching can lead to a permanent injury like the infamous venous leak. Some of the older members, have you ever talked to someone who has experienced a venous leak without jelqing and only stretching? I don’t want much from PE, maybe just an inch of length and no girth, I’m keeping it simple.

But I want peace of mind because it’s my understanding that just stretching isn’t that dangerous, as a matter of fact stretching devices are even given to patients from doctors for some penile issues. Injury is always possible I know, but do I risk permanently destroying my dick if I just do basic stretches?


NBEL: 5 Inches EG: 4.8 Inches

Goal: At least 6.5 length, 5.5 girth

Stretching can’t destroy or do anything unless you did some estreme stuff, il that’s the case go to a dottor otherwise just chill you probably just overdid it.

Oh I need to clarify I haven’t started yet currently I’m fine but am planning out the best routine to get what I want without injury. It’s my understanding I’ll be fine for sure if it’s jelq free

Start very lightly and that’s it i guess, stretching can be heavy on your unit.

Jelqing and stretching are fine and will not harm you if done the right way which really isn’t too hard to do.

I never had an injury, no bruising, barely red spots, no pain or weird feeling from just light to moderate jelqing and simple, basic stretching. Moderation is the key. You can’t get big like Arnold from lifting weights for a month or two. Train the body with care and enough tension to make it know it worked. Expect results in the future, not too soon but they’ll come soon enough :)


Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)
