I often wonder if the reason people are obtaining gains is not because the penis is getting larger, as much as they are spending 20 minutes a day being active stretching their penises which results in calorie expendature and there for FAT LOSS.
I used to weigh 205, then got down to 160. The more weight I lose, the bigger my penis appears to be.

Is it possible that we would be better off spending the 30 minutes a day on a treadmill enstead of tugging on our penis?

Do both, weight loss makes more of the penis appear.

The whole reason you use “bone pressed” measurements is to take this “weight loss” factor out of the equation, i.e. you press through your fat pad for consistent results.

But of course, if you have 2” of fat in the area, by losing weight your unit will appear bigger and the none bone pressed (useable) part is by all purposes bigger.

I’m not sure you burn enough calories by PE to lose that great a magnitude of weight, but I’d encourage everyone to be as fit as they can be. I personally do 3 x 45 minutes of weights per week and 4 x 30 minutes of interval based cardio per week. If you exercise and eat right you feel better and I believe your body is better prepared for PE.

If you want to talk about visual effects, I have high balls, I think by stretching them down an inch or two that also gives the impression of a bigger penis. Ball stretching will be the last part of my PE routine before retirement!

Anyone that is 45lbs overweight and so tight for time that it is an either or equation would be better served working out to loose the weight in my opinion.

Honestly, how many calories do you think you are burning by moving your hand back and forth a few inches for 20 minutes?
