I’m just curious to know if other guys, in addition to an interest in the size of their penises, are also interested in the size/capacity of their bladders. If so, have any of you tried improving performance there too? Has anyone noticed any improvement in this department from doing the PE exercises?

Maybe kegels would help? I’m really not sure tho.

I’m not sure, but I think it’s true. Certainly one can grow his or her stomach (the actual organ) by eating exorbitant volumes of food. I think I’ve read in columns by medical professionals that, similarly, holding in urine for, say, 10 minutes past when one might normally urinate can grow the bladder a bit. Then again, they may have just been speaking metaphorically, and the point of holding it in may just be to teach a person that he or she can do so, if necessary — i.e., to desensitize the person to the “have to go” urge.

If you have bladder control problems? Some guys (like seemingly most women!) have to go embarrassingly frequently.

PG is very accurate.

I am not 100 percent sure if it increases your bladder size, but it does do other things.

When you hold in your bladder past the point you usually release, your bladder and your brain learn go beyond its “normal limit”… Repeating this a few times will teach your bladder to hold it in — without you forcefully holding it in. After doing this for a few weeks (maybe longer/shorter, depending on the person), you will have a new trained bladder.

It is basically teaching your brain to go beyond your normal limit; thus, raising your limit to the next bar.

This works for everything. For example, people who edge do this to teach themselves to last longer without cumming.

Try it — and not just for bladder control issues; try it with everything. I love raising the bar to the next level. It is great!

Yeah, just don’t go crazy with it. Urine retention, taken to an extreme, can be dangerous :) (Likewise, keeping an erection for 4 hours straight isn’t the healthiest practice…)

Any REAL beer drinker can tell you that it is possible to train yourself to go less frequently or hold it longer.

As someone else has mentioned, doing this excessively can be dangerous.
The job of urination is to remove hazardous waste products from your body,
hold it too long and even the toxic site clean up “superfund” won’t help you.
