PE routine and recover

PE routine and recover

As I understood, recover is one of the most important things in PE training. It is when cells build and repair the tissue solicited by PE exercises, letting the corporea cavernosa increase in terms of length and girth.
The point is: when have I to stop to exercise and recover?
I am following the below routine:
- 10-15 mins jelquing per day
- 8-9 hours ADS per day
5 days on - 2 days off

I have obtained good results, and I would like to get more also in the future!
I was thinking to stop one week per month. What do you suggest?

I personally think every 6 weeks is good. But you do a lot of work. More than I do. So 1 week per month is probably better for you.

Definitely go with 1 week off per month.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thank you! I’ll do!

I had to recover and now it’s the second week without PE.

On next Monday I’ll restart.

I had the curiosity to look at the length of my dick and it seems it is half cm shorter than the previous measure I took before.

Is it normal by your experience?

Thoughtfulgold has many years on me PEing but in my experience that is pretty normal. In the past, I planned a 1 month break and my measurements remained the same until the 3rd week. That’s when I decided to resume PE.

Don’t be surprised when you resume PE if your measurements bounce back rather quickly with less forceful PE and less volume.

Good luck sir :)

P.s. I notice your going for a slight upward curve. What kind of exercises are you doing to achieve that?

Thank you alterdst8, hope to get back to the measures I had quickly.

Regarding your question, I am mainly working on:
1. Jelquing against the curve
2. Stretching with fulcrum
3. The following routine, I find at the thread How to get a curved penis
That is:
1. Point penis straight up
2. Place head of penis into palm of one hand
3. Apply pressure on the shaft to the extent of the curve you would like ( Do not apply so much that it hurts or bend it significantly ) Just slightly enough, understand?
4. Basically Masturbate in this position for a minimum of 10 mins.
5. If you ever get random erections or with your morning wood always tuck it up into a waistband.

Hope all these exercises work effectively… :-) I have not seen any observable result yet.
