How long does your single stretch last before reallowing again the circulation? Could it become dangerous after a longer stretch, what is the proper maximum to avoid injury and what could be the effects if we go beyond that maximum?
Experiment. Go for 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, etc. When your penis head gets cold or you can’t feel it or a kegel or two doesn’t push blood into the head then you’ve hit your limit. That’s how I measure at least. If the head of my dick gets messed up while stretching then I don’t stretch that long. Its different for everyone.

After I release each hold, I always give it the ol’ “windmill” for a few seconds before moving on to the next stretch.
