Howdy all, I started out at 6.25 BPEL and 4.25EG. I set a goal for 6.5 BPEL and 4.4 EG and surpassed this to get me now.. 6.6 BPEL and 4.42 EG.

I did about 4 days on 3 days off while exercising and eating properly. On a few occasions I would do a half session instead of a full session and a couple of days take too many rests. However my gains were still pretty good 0.35 EL and 0.17 EG. I have set my goal of 7 BPEL and 4.6EG for one months time.

I believe I will surpass this as I have gained knowledge over the past month and because in the last week and a half my routine and workouts were much better.

See if you can keep up the good work, but try not to target short term gains too often, PE is just like a marathon it take time and dedication

I’m hoping my fast gains keep coming for at least another 2.5/3 months with consistent work. I know PE is not a sprint but if my gains slow down I will have to mix some things up and put more work in. Hopefully I can get to 7.5 BPEL 5.25 EG with constant work and I’m sure if I upped the intensity I could achieve similar results each month.

You should share your routine, and what kinds of physiological reactions from your penis you are getting. Any turtling? Does your wang hang more floppy now? More random erections? Fill us in! Thanks brother

At the beginning of my routine i didn’t kegel but then i added them in later on. (Last 2 weeks, with my stretches). It took me exactly 4 weeks to grow 0.35 gfgf, so you could say abit less than a month :P.

My routine has been mainly the newbie one while implementing a few Ulis.

I have started doing 17mls routine as im part of an anaylsis and did that for the last week, im hoping to get girth gain from that.

My flaccid seems noticeably bigger i think it has grown about 0.25 EG. I have also felt more horny than before with more spontanious erections and hard morning wood. I have had a few red spots so i guess i should lower the pressure which i plan on doing for the next month.

The routine is not posted on that thread.. Is this a secret? How about sharing the routine with others that would like to have their own go at the experiment? I mean thats why this forum is here correct? Knowledge baby knowledge.

So to get these gains i basically had either a bath or shower warmup for 10 mins.

6 mins stretching up, down, left, right, out, around.

11 mins jelqing with kegels, moderate grip (but will be lowering the pressure next month)

Around 5 ulis to finish off.

5 min bath/shower with a few kegels.

Note i useually exercise beforehand to get my blood pumping.

Thanks man. I appreciate you filling us in. One more thing, how hard are you pulling when you are stretching? I know this is hard to describe so you might have to get creative in your description. Also how long are you holding your uli’s? Keep up the great progress!

Sorry for not replying dude. Um i stretch just enough so i can feel pulling if you know what i mean. My ulis are around 6 seconds each but i really need to hit my penis against my thighs after to keep the blood flowing.

What routine are you doing atm?
