Here are my gains, contributed by an ADS and the Newbie Routine

BPEL = 6.25 <—- .375 length gain so far
EG = 4.687 <—- .312 girth gain so far

I use an ADS, I am lucky to hit two hours a day. After week 5, when my wife gets done with her vacation I will try to double the hours of the ADS, I will keep the newbie routine the same for another two months before I add more intensity or time.
Week 1 Total Gram Hours = 12,000
Week 2 Total Gram Hours = 7,200 <— Mid week I started the newbie routine
Week 3 Total Gram Hours = 8,850
Week 4 Total Gram Hours = 7,650 <— Continue it to here and will continue the newbie routine.
Next measurement update 8-27-20009
I use the ADS and newbie routine for 5 days then take two days off. Last week I had to take 4 days off due to unexpected company. This week my wife has a 5 day vacation so I will take two days off and do a light newbie routine in the shower the other three, then continue as normal. I also hot wrap my penis with a rice sock, before after, just watching TV, several times a day when I am alone.

Ohh I wanted to ask a question, my 6.25 is when it’s extremely rock solid. Like I have to kegal to get every little mm. A normal erection hits just a hair over 6”, so do I count the 6.25 since I can kegel and hit it?
I thought I better ask, I didn’t want to give false hopes to other newbies. Either way it’s all working like a charm.
