First Month, Lackluster Gains

Hey guys,
I have been doing PE now for a month using the Newbie Routine and here are my results.

My “Realistic” Goal is 6.5” Length and 5.5” Girth. Of course, I dream of being bigger.

I know that I should be happy that I gained 1/8” in length, but I found that I made no girth gains and did not make any flaccid gains either. I understand that I should (and will) do the full 3 months before making any conclusions, but I was hoping for more than this. I realize there is no secret magic trick, and that this a process, but could I be doing something wrong?

I mean, 1/8” gain could very well be a difference in body temperature.

And what if the 1/8” gain was a difference in body temperature from you first measurement so it’s really 1/4”.

Just keep going.

Girth comes slower than length I would say.


Start Dec 10 \'07: BPEL 6 2/16" | EG 5 1/4"

Feb 4: BPEL 6 11/16" | EG 5 2/4"

Short Term Goal: BPEL 7" | EG 5 3/4" Long Term Goal: BPEL 7 3/4 - 8" | EG 6"

Well, if you think about it that way, it is better to grow slow and steady for 1 year than to get everything in 5 months and never get anything else. I mean, if you gain 1/8 in length every month for the next year, you end up with 1”+ at the end. So you would pretty much hit your goal.

BTW, girth is a bitch to gain for some people.

From your 3 decimal place stats, I’d say you are measuring far too often. Don’t be ruled by your ruler!(so to speak) Only bring it out every month to check and stay consistent and focused n the meantime. 1/8” is better than nothing.

I am measuring only once a month.. 3 decimal place stats are 1/8”s of an inch..

In general, I was hoping I might get advice on what I could do better. For warm up, I am doing a water bottle soak, then I do 5-10 mins manual stretching, and 10 mins Jelqing. For the stretching, I pretty much pull until I feel that I shouldn’t pull anymore. I could definitely pull harder, I am more stretching it than pulling it. And for jelqing, I am more giving my penis a massage, than say trying to choke it or squeeze hard. Should I take the intensity a step more? I’ve noticed some slight bruising, but no spots or anything like some stories I’ve read about. I’ve been switching between dry and wet jelqs. As a circumcised man, I find that dry jelqs result in me really feeling as if I am moving some meat, whereas in wet jelqing, it’s more of a massage. Oddly enough, dry jelqing results in less excitation. Suggestions?

I’ve also read that gains might be better if I forgo masturbation (sexual activity otherwise hasn’t been an issue for almost a year now unfortunately). Thoughts here?

Noppli, the biggest thing you can do is cultivate patience. One month is not enough to judge; reserve that for 6 months to a year at least.
