Over time PEing will give you better muscular control, and you’ll be more aware of when you’re tensing your PC/BC/asshole. You might be tensing up all day without even realizing it, especially if you edge without ejaculation. Eventually you’ll learn to relax (be mindful of your body), which will actually increase your flaccid hang instantly. Be careful that you don’t kegel too often, because it WILL give you premature ejaculation if you forget how to let your erections engorge without kegeling (just from arousal). If you catch yourself kegeling without trying to, you’re on your way down a slippery slope. This is a controversial suggestion, but for me the best way to release the muscle tension of your whole body is to smoke marijuana. Other options are hot baths, or sitting on the toilet with your legs spread wide (like a squat), and letting out all the urine and feces in your body (NOT pushing either out, just let your colon and urethra relax and move it automatically). Sounds strange but it’s all the same muscles. When you start relieving yourself like this you’ll find your flaccid hang is never longer than afterwards, and you’ll start to notice that the slightest tensing will turtle it back instantly. Your aim is to stay that relaxed all the time.
