Overtraining RECOVERY TIPS
Beginning in Early February I had started using the Bathmate for about a month. I immediately was using it in an inappropriate fashion. When I had realized I wasn’t getting full erections and there was likely a reason for this, I started doing my research; and also got tested for potential low T.
I’m 25, and I don’t think Low T is the problem. I have been trying to take a break from everything as best I can. I have cut down on porn, I’m only really masturbating once a week, and I have done no PE at all.
At this time:
- I wake up with about 50% morning wood.
- 0% night wood (that I know of).
- It’s a struggle to maintain 80-90% erection (almost lose it immediately if not stimulating)
- And only really at 100% erection if I’m almost at the point of no return (I.e. If edging)
MY QUESTION IS: Does anyone have answers for RECOVERING QUICKER besides just resting?
I was thinking that because I’ve already taken a solid month “break” that it may be a good idea to start LIGHT PE to get blood flowing again.
ANY AND ALL ADVISE WOULD BE AMAZING.
