I have just started wearing an ADS made of phone cord with hangman`s noose to attach to my penis. I have worn it for an hour pulling to the left and now switched to wearing it to the right. I don`t pull the device too hard and it`s really comfortable so I think I might be able to wear it for hours as long as I switch it hourly and make sure it`s not on too tight.
A-unit: bad idea. That sounds as it can cut circulation. There are safer alternatives, search around for vacuum ads, for example.
For all the warnings here about noose type of hangers there’s always someone who challenges the wisdom.
a-unit Don’t mess with that kind of thing. Marinera is right, there are many alternatives and you should consider something else if for no other reason they would be much more comfortable.
