Hi I have being PEing for 2 1/2 months now. I was BPEL = 4.75 and EG = 4.25 I am now BPEL = 5.906 and EG 4.25

I am over the moon with my length gains, but slightly worried about not gaining any girth. I don’t want to change my routine as I really want to add length. Does anyone recommend that I do something different?

My routine is 200 jelqs 5 nights a week and in the last 2 weeks I have have being stretching for 1-2 hours a night with an all day stretcher for 5 nights a week.

Also if I stopped PEing now would my gains be permanent?

Nice newbie gains, your gains probably won’t be permanent yet because a jump that big so soon can’t be actual gains but your penis working better getting maximum blood flow.

You think you are slow at gaining girth because you got such an increase in length already? It is still too soon for you to worry about it I think.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Milk your current routine for all its worth. Don’t worry about gaining girth now. Instead, wait until you’ve achieved your length goal and then work on girth (at which time, you may still gain more length with the girth routine….it happens). You don’t want to gain more girth now because it takes more energy to stretch a thick cock (make it longer) than a thinner one.

I have two questions for you. You say you do your routine 5 nights a week. So is it 5 on days and 2 off days? Or are your 2 off days spread intermittently throughout the week instead of being back to back.

Also, what all day stretcher do you use?

In so far as I know, gains really aren’t permanent. You’ll need to do a less rigorous maintenance routine for the rest of your life. Though some guys have reported permanent gains. It’s a crap-shoot really….

EG is a bitch, an it will always be that way. You need more time working on it then on EL.

Girth is very tough for most of us to gain.

I’ve only gone from 5.9” to 6.125” meg in over a year of pe.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Geez Louise! That’s nice gains for less that 3 months! Congrats! Keep doing what you’re doing as long as it works then change up when it stops working. Good luck!

Very nice gains. Listen to what others are saying, keep doing that routine as long as it works, get length out of the way before working on girth. You can easily start clamping once your dick is conditioned and once you decide you’re happy with your length.

At first I couldn’t wait to start clamping (well, I still can’t wait), but after thinking about it I probably won’t start until I reach my length goal. I’m simply too afraid that clamping will make tissue stronger and slow down or stop length gains before I reach my goal.

Keep up the good work, and even though it may not be permanent, it doesn’t mean it can’t be. As you stretch beyond what you are at, the more you will keep previous gains.

Also if you do this for several months the gains will start to cement. So keep at it and worry about girth only after you have reached your length goals.

When you try to work girth then add on more length, the part of the penis that is not exposed you are not able to work, so when you do get it out in added length it will not have the girth that the rest of the penis gained. Another example that explains the baseball bat affect

Wow! I can only hope for gains like that! Everything I’ve read here says go for length first, so I say keep going too.

I had the same problem when started P.E. Length coming easily, girth not coming at all.

Later on I found out I couldn’t gain from manual girth work.

Like Penox said and everyone else go for length, then you can get girth on your whole rod instead of what you see then going back and having to do girth all over again on the base of your penis where the new length came from.
