Hello everyone,

This is my first post. I’ve been PEing about 1 1/2 months now and have had some newbies gains which is very inspiring. Thunder’s is a great forum with tons of awesome information. I hope that I can contribute some equally valuable information in the future.

I tried searching for this but didn’t find anything saying one way or another. My question is about whether you should do manual stretches first or jelqs. The reason I ask is because in weightlifting I hear it is good to stretch out to warm up before lifting, but then it is great for growth to stretch in between sets of weightlifting because it stresses the microtears even more in the muscles that stimulate muscle growth. I know that the penis is not the same as muscles in the rest of the body, but it seems somewhat of the same principle for PE growth.

So would jelqing first then doing your manual stretches stimulate more growth? What do most of you do in your routine?

Btw- I went from BPEL 4”7/8 to 5”1/8 and a slight amt of girth added to my 4”1/2 starting girth.

Depends how you react on the exercises. Personally, I have sometimes a to high erection level for jelqing, so I start with stretching to bypass this problem.

Yeah, I used to jelq and then stretch but then I figured it would be easier to get a hold of my penis for stretching before it had baby oil all over it from jelqing.

Anyone else care to weigh in?

Its difficult for me to maintain the erection needed to jelq normally and its almost impossible after stretching. I do each at separate times of the day or just stretch. Bird2 is on the mark it is up to the individuals reaction. Experiment.

Cro you may want to give KY a try since it washes of real easy.
