Order of exercises
This is my first post. I’ve been PEing about 1 1/2 months now and have had some newbies gains which is very inspiring. Thunder’s is a great forum with tons of awesome information. I hope that I can contribute some equally valuable information in the future.
I tried searching for this but didn’t find anything saying one way or another. My question is about whether you should do manual stretches first or jelqs. The reason I ask is because in weightlifting I hear it is good to stretch out to warm up before lifting, but then it is great for growth to stretch in between sets of weightlifting because it stresses the microtears even more in the muscles that stimulate muscle growth. I know that the penis is not the same as muscles in the rest of the body, but it seems somewhat of the same principle for PE growth.
So would jelqing first then doing your manual stretches stimulate more growth? What do most of you do in your routine?

Btw- I went from BPEL 4”7/8 to 5”1/8 and a slight amt of girth added to my 4”1/2 starting girth.
