One week off, still donnut effect

Guys I am one week off, and still donnut effect, what I do?? I am thinking to start a very lightly routine, 1 day on 1 day off, because I hurted myself and lost a lot of erections! Any tips?

I think most people here would say take more time off until the donut has completely gone, then a few more days off for good measure.

What I would suggest is that you do a maximum of 50 very light jelqs every other day, not as a PE exercise but just to help the fluid exchange in the tissues. Think of it more as a massage than PE. When the donut has completely gone, continue with the light jelqs daily for a week to make sure you are completely healed before slowly building up your routine again.

Ok guys one more week in light jelqing and still donnut effect, I am thinking in just stretch until subsides, what you guys think?

If the donut hasn’t gone now, try NO PE for at least a week. Give the tissues a complete rest.

Stretching could still irritate the tissues around the donut. You will probably be doing PE for a long time, so a little time off now won’t be a problem. If you keep irritating the area, there is a possibility of localised scar tissue formation, which you don’t want.

Wait until fully recovered then begin again slowly and gently. When you are fully recovered and start again, take it easy and make sure your dick is properly conditioned before you do anything other than a light newbie routine.
