Mbuc and I have been kicking around ideas for the ideal low-moderate weight hanger / stretcher for some time now, and now we proudly present the result of our endeavours!

Imagine a device that

* Will not constrict blood flow
* Will not “strangle” or squash your unit with risk of nerve damage
* Will not stretch your skin more than your tunica - no slippage
* Is attached so that your entire tunica is stretched
* Is comfortable - a PE first!
* Combined with a SPS-stretcher, will give you an effective use of your time
* Used as a hanger, gives the term load-comfortability a new meaning!

Yes, all of this is possible! Putting together mbuc’s engineering expertise (just read this: Penile stress/strain relationship to see what he is willing to go through to bring YOU the fruits of his labor!), the background resarch and combined knowledge of Thunder’s place (thanks especially to Hobby for the links on SPS, and to Piet for his neat & cheap stretcher) with my humble suggestions and superior design, we give you

Ladies and Gentlemen,

this device will utilize that which nature abhors the most - vacuum - to distribute the pulling force / hanging load over your glans. If you are interested in the theory and background, read this: Simple vacuum hangers for the uncut guys. In short, a vacuum chamber, a clear plastic container slightly larger than your glans is fitted over your unit. A flexible sleeve is used to seal the gap, and when you start pulling on the vacuum chamber, the load exterted induces a vacuum. The vacuum induced is directly proportional to the load, so there is no risk of overdoing it. Mbuc’s estimate is that at 6 lb (max tested working load) we are dealing with about 4 inHg. The vacuum will grip your entire glans, distributing the load evenly. The risk for damage to the dorsal nerve by strangling or extensive squeezing is minimized, and according to mbuc, it is very comfortable. The max tested working load is 6 lbs - so this would qualify as a low-moderate weight device. For higher loads the Bib hanger, Capn’s wench or Chickenchoker #3 would still be the choice.

However, for those of you who want to combine mbuc’s vacuum hanger with SPS-stretching (Static Progressive Stretch), fit the vacuum device to a static stretcher á la Piet (threaded bolts and nuts, no springs). The benefit of SPS versus Dynamic Splints has been shown in research here: http://www.jointactivesystems.com/pf_research.html Of course, this research has not been carried out on penises, so we are relying on YOU for feedback. In short, SPS means that the length of the stretch is fixed over time, so as the unit relaxes over time the force in action is diminished - the strain lessens. A Dynamic splint uses a constant force, so as the unit stretches, the lenght increases. The research in the above link shows that SPS used for restoring movement in joints (lengthening tendons and ligaments) is more time-effective than Dynamic splinting; 3 x 30 minutes daily for SPS equals 8~12 hours daily with Dynamic splinting.

Disclaimer:
This device has not been manufactured as complete unit as of yet. Some wrinkles in the design need to be ironed out, notably the raw material for the vacuum chamber. Finding a plastic tube of the right fit will be an obstacle that we hope YOU will overcome, and of course share your findings. A modified PET-starter might be feasible, as might various laboratory supplies. The sealing sleeve used in mbuc’s device is a condom, which works great but needs to be changed to silicone or rubber tubing for longevity. Once you get the vacuum device finished, you can use it as hanger or retrofit it to your extender; but as mentioned above it seems that a static stretcher might be better and it sure seems nicer to get a few short sets per day compared to 12 hours in a noose…

The SuckXtender comes cheap - material, time, plus a $10 royalty to be sent care of Thunder’s place. Guys, great job. I followed the above thread with the research and experiments that you guys carried out. I guess you’ve combined all the best elements of the existing extenders (vacuum thing from phallosan and a static extender) to form the ulimate “MM”-extender :-) )))

I always knew you guys were one and the same. So have you looked into those medical supply devices that have been mentioned before as a glans based vacuum device? I forget what they are called, but I remember they kind of looked like a rubber nipple. Might be something to look into

I have been doing this one with exactly 6 lbs. Now that the cat is out of the bag I am ready for the questions too :)

I found a glass pill bottle that fits my flaccid nicely, believe it or not it’s an empty vitex bottle from GNC! :D
Here’s how it works for me. I put my flaccid in and get a tight seal, I might need to kegel once or twice to get there. I went out and got those material wrist weights that you slip over your hands and wear on your wrists for resistance, They are flexible to slip over the bottle and they spring back enough to stay on or behind it (the bottle). They weigh 1.5 LBS each and I have four.
I have found the following;
1- I get an enormous pump for head girth.
2- If I wear the weights behind the bottle I get more of a lig stretch.
3- If I put two weights behind the bottle and two on the bottle I get more of a tunica stretch. That is due to putting the weight as far down towards the head I am assuming.
4- The device cannot be worn for more than 1/2 hour since the vacuum will eventually give you red spots not unlike getting a hickey on your head.

I have used it for about a month now and I can really say I have seen some improvements in head girth and in non-bone pressed length which is what I am after. Before you ask, I stalled for awhile and started gaining again with this method. While I didn’t want anymore girth, I still jelq and I am getting girth gains too. I can honestly say that this method seems to be working for me.

I simply warm up in the morning and put my contraption on while I read the news and such, I leave it on for NO MORE than the 1/2 hour. I usually do a nice hot wrap before I do my jelq session and then I shower. After the shower I put the contraption on for another 20 minutes or so. I also wear it for about 1/2 hour at night before turning in. Five days a week with weekends off. Weekends off because my spouse still doesn’t know about my pet project and stealth forces me into that schedule.

That list does sound great but I’m not sure if these are the actual features of your imagined device.

When there’s a vacuum sucking on your glans doesn’t that mean it holds the blood in your glans and thus restricting bloodflow in your glans?
The glans is the most sensitive part of your dick so there must be nerves in your glans. So when your stretch the glans nerves must be getting stretched as well I guess.

Personally I try to avoid or minimize any stress to my glans for a hanger or a stretcher because the glans is a lot weaker than the tunica and ligs. I’m afraid it would leave my glans less sensitive and tear and/or stretch it out. I have no idea how tough my glans is but I don’t want to find out ;)

Long exposure to vacuum can give your glans blisters. Fortunately I’ve never had blisters but I have tried pumping. Pumping at 4-6”Hg for 15mins makes my glans very red and a bit swollen from fluid buildup. I do think my skin is probably more sensitive to vacuum than others but still if you use a vacuumdevice long enough you could damage your skin.

For total time you can use this device on a daily basis you should read the pumping tutorial. Recommended amount of time to start with is 10mins a day. It will take time before your glans is ready for long enough sessions a day to get a good stretch out of the device.

If you’re going to spend time vacuumstretching your glans why not just spend your time pumping your entire dick. If 6lbs equals 4”Hg on your glans than 4”Hg on your entire dick should equal more weight and thus be more effective. You can pump for length by using a cylinder you can fill.

I always thought this was a good idea but no one seemed to really pay it any attention.

It offers the sane benefits as what you have posted. It helps to be able to wear the stretching the device
for much longer periods without having to take it off to restore circulation.

I have been using a similar set up the past month and have recieved pretty good results.

The only draw back is that you must purchase the grip sleeve which was around $20 I think.

I just thought I’d bring this up to see how it may compare to what you have proposed.

There is a lot of tongue-in-cheek here! Don’t take the sales pitch entirely at face value.

All of this is based on mbuc’s homemade hanger. As for the pressures involved, this was a guesstimate from mbuc - but he has regularly clocked 60 minute sessions at 6 lbs, all in comfortable style. In one of his experiments, he clocked 3 hrs at 6 lbs, and only then did he get a “blister”, that disappeared after taking the hanger off.

When it comes to sucking on the glans, as long as you get a tight fit, you are limiting expansion to the size of the chamber. Theoretically, you could be working with next to nil expansion, which is certainly NOT the case with a good jelq grip. Stretching the glans doesn’t worry me terribly much; it is stretched when jelquing and manual stretches as well (depending on how good or bad a grip you get). The bloodflow issue is a concern, but my belief here is that the constriction is less than with a noose or clamp. Still, in my mind the key is to use it in static fashion and cut the time of the sets. That is probably the best way to keep things in working order, regardless of practice.

As for the suggestions of pumping your entire dick, I believe there is merit to working one dimension at a time. Since there are different layers of tunica that are strong in different directions, it makes sense to work only one at a time. The full-length discussion can be found here: Pressure in the penis

I tried dongalong’s setup. My advice is don’t bother, for all the touble it was worth I wish I just bought a BIB, the only device i’ve used yet that is worth the time/trouble. Another experience with a vacuum device was the VTLC extender, while that worked pretty well, with no soreness it provided the foreskin was stretched way past the glans, not worth looking like an anteater. I beleive Phallosan isn’t anything revolutionary either despite the stupidly high price tag. I’ll be interested how this one turns out though. By the way Piet, are you still pumping? What are your experiences?

There are of course plenty of risks using hangers and stretchers, especially noose-type constructions. However when you introduce vacuumsucking to avoid some of those risks you also introduce new risks. I wanted to point them out, I have no idea how these risks compare to the old ones though.

I tried pumping for almost 3 months doing 3x 15min sessions a day. I did get some serious expansion going but nothing permanent. Afterwards my unpumped girth was actually 1-2mm less than before I started pumping. The temporary expansion was great but my dick always turned bright red from a session and I had to wrap tight to prevent a big donut what also prevented the upper shaft from expanding.

The main idea that mbuc and I have kicked around is not vacuum as a goal but as a means. It’s not the expansion of the glans that is the goal, vacuum is a means for alternative attachment to achieve a stretch. When it comes to ADS’s I’ve still to see an existing product I believe can be used safely for hours.

I’ve been stretching manually SPS (locking my arm with my leg, manual BTC-style, so that the length is pretty well fixed and then wait as long as I can hold my grip), and while I have not measured yet it sure seems to have given me longer flaccid for starters. In retrospect, I realize that SPS is what my physical therapist used on my stiff hip with great results. So I believe that SPS is probably the way to go. Monkeybar’s AutoEXT is static, as is your stretcher, and I think that as long as we have an attachment that will allow ~30 minutes decent stretch we will do just fine. Sofar, this vacuum attachment fulfills my critera for safety and comfortability (as told by others) the best.

I want to point out that I have still to find a suitable vacuum chamber; I reckon wantmo might be in business soon selling alternative attachments to JESs and Penimasters. Mbuc and mirlin have found theirs and are happy with their contraptions, but I am still looking.
