Old newbie(?) In search of a routine
I know this has been covered before, but I couldn’t find the threads, my search-fu was low today… sorry.
I’ve been a member of this fantastic place for years, but I haven’t gained that much, maybe a couple centimetres in length, lost some girth. I can’t remember my original stats and I haven’t yet taken any fresh measurements. But last time I measured it was around 11,7 cm or 4,6 in in girth. That’s where I want to gain/regain the most.
I’m 28 now, I work out regularly and hard. 6 feet 200 lbs and no known diseases.
I think I may have a problem with tight pelvic floor muscles, that whole thing. A lot of it rings true, excessive masturbation (which I’ve tackled), anterior pelvic tilt, weak lower abs, did some hard kegels a couple of years back.
My problem have always been consistency, now I have my own place and total privacy. This is the moment I’ve been waiting for. I don’t want to regret the years I could have gained but instead start now and gain for the future.
I have done almost zero PE for the last couple of years, some bathmate pumping now and then, some light stretches and some jelqing but nothing consistent.
This took the form of a presentation for a journal, and maybe I’ll copy this and start a journal, I probably should do that… But I digress!
What I wonder is, should I consider myself a newbie again and start a newbie routine (if so, which one?) or go to some more advanced routine?
Have people gained with the newbie routines? I need something fairly lightweight to start and ingrain a new habit of PEing. I really want to be consistent this time!
