Now i'm ready...question about my routine.
I’ve been into PE for 4 months last year,then i quit because i have no time but now i want to restart.
I would gain 1” both in girth and lenght,and obviously i start with the newbie routine,that will be like:
-5 minutes of rice sock
-5 minutes stretching(10 strokes for every direction,30 seconds each)
-10 minutes of wet jelqing
-another 5 minutes of rice sock
-kegel during the day
-15 minutes Edging during the OFF day
2 days ON,1 day OFF
I will increase 30 seconds for each stroke of stretching,every week.
I will increase 3 minutes of wet jelqing every week
I will increase 3 minutes of edging every week
Do you think this routine will bring me to have my desired gains,or,in the future,I’ll have to do NOT manual PE(hanging,pumping and similar)
that’s because i dont want to use item on my penis…i want only to use my hands!
any suggestions for a newbie?
