I’ve been into PE for 4 months last year,then i quit because i have no time but now i want to restart.

I would gain 1” both in girth and lenght,and obviously i start with the newbie routine,that will be like:

-5 minutes of rice sock
-5 minutes stretching(10 strokes for every direction,30 seconds each)
-10 minutes of wet jelqing
-another 5 minutes of rice sock
-kegel during the day
-15 minutes Edging during the OFF day
2 days ON,1 day OFF

I will increase 30 seconds for each stroke of stretching,every week.
I will increase 3 minutes of wet jelqing every week
I will increase 3 minutes of edging every week

Do you think this routine will bring me to have my desired gains,or,in the future,I’ll have to do NOT manual PE(hanging,pumping and similar)

that’s because i dont want to use item on my penis…i want only to use my hands!

any suggestions for a newbie?

First Month= Bpel:7.4", Meg:5.1", Fl:4.3"

YOur routine seems reasonable for starting your journey,. But as you gain your penis needs more exercise to maintin /increase the gains.

That is why we switch to the more advanced routines such as pumping, hanging etc.

Not using the advanced exercises. simply means that you will take longer to make gains and have to work harder to get them.

i dont want to use item on my unit…i can do something manual,like MANUAL clamping or stuff like that.

A question:

I desire to gain in girth,not much at lenght but I’d really like to gain girth…

I have to start now focusing my routine on girth,or i have to focus on it in the future months?
