I’m just starting a 1 day on, 1 day off routine. My question is, do I go 1 day on, 1 day off all the time never taking more than 1 day off at a time? Or do I go say 1 day on, 1 day off for a week or something, then take a couple more days off?
I just go 2 days on, 1 off, then 3 days on and 1 off. Rest is really important. Keep in mind that slow and steady gains with no risk of injury is a way better approach then trying to make quick gains with almost no rest thus a high risk of injury.

I’ve been working out five consecutive days and two days off. What I wanted to know was how many hours should I wait to have sex after my workout? And how many times a day can I work out? I noticed last night that it didn’t take as long to get an erection again after having sex…would this be considered progress or a good sign that my workout routine is correct?

Try this…If you want to go 1 day on, 1 day off Do your routine, then on the first off day do something not as intense (some dry-jelqing, BTC, etc) repeat the next off day and then take two days off. I mainly PE to maintain and I have found that a little every day goes a long way. Good luck!
