Hey guys, I am new here. I have been doing some PE for one year without knowing much about it. But now I have this forum and will give my best.

During reading newbie routine , I am not getting how to do kegels. Should I use hand ? I am getting BC but I am not getting kegels exercise . Please help me.

Kegels are just flexing your pelvic floor muscles.

I used to do them in my car on the way to and from work but I saw a much better benefit by doing them with an erection.

I lay on my back when erect and place a small towel on my cock. I then flex and lift the towel. Im still only doing low reps (60 at the moment) but I plan to work up and also hold tension as I progress.

Wow, thankyou. Great advice ill be testing out, I’ve always found kegels boring and no increase in muscle, plus its a real pain trying to hold a kegel. Hand towel.. So simple.

It’s a pain holding it because you are just starting, but over time it gets easier and you can work your way up. I am holding kegels for 20 seconds now and with fantastic, fantastic results! My way of doing it is switching 1 day hold routine, 1 day a couple hundred of reps throughout the day, 1 day off… then 1 day hold, 1 day lot of reps, 1 day lot of reps and 1 day off. Mixing techniques will probably give you the best of both worlds, there’s no reason IMO to stick to just one kegel style, as long as you use the muscles :D

BTW… I try to do the high reps routine if I know I’m gonna have sex the same day and only during the morning. Holding the kegels is kind of consuming if you need to use it later for a couple of hours.
