I’ve been PEing for about 4 or 5 months now, I gained some length maybe half an inch.
I kegel and have built up enough stamina to hold a kegel for about 45 secs.
I have two questions

1 how do I isolate the PC muscle when I kegel, because I have read in a few post, to only contract the base of the penis. When I kegel I contract my anus muscle along with my PC and my abdominal.

2 when I kegel at PONR, semen clearly leaks out of my penis just a little, I’m not empty though. I wanna know did I kegel too late did I not kegel long enough ( I held it for 10 sec) is this wrong will I hurt my self, it feels like I’m hurting my self.( too much pressure)

3 this is not a question but this is what I do after I kegel at PONR I go to urinate to clean out my inner pipes of lingering semen, then I sex my lady for another hour or so

Last night I had another edging session, bringing my self to PONR then performing a strong kegel. I was able to edge 4 times before ejaculating, a few drops of semen did come out of my shaft like I stated before.

Now I can see how this cures premature ejaculations

So I’m guessing I should kegel maybe 10 secs before PONR and attempt to hold a kegel until the feeling has past.

If my partner gets pregnant I will know if it worked or not

Can I ask you your routines of kegel? Since the start and as it get improved? Did just do contracts or you do with the penis erect? Edge is like stop martubating and kegel until you cum and don’t cum right?

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

And I kegel flaccid

Kegel routine ( rest 20 sec between sets)
30 one second kegels (release and hold)
15 two second kegels (hold each for 2 sec)
10 three sec kegels (hold each for 3 sec)
5 six second kegels
3 ten second kegels
2 fifteen sec kegels
1 thirty sec kegel (hold for 30 sec)

If you can’t manage to complete the routine just continue doing it to the best of your ability and you will eventually get stronger and be able to hold a kegel for 30 sec+

And edging I believe is when I bring my self to the point of no return (PONR) during masterbation the point where you feel your about to ejaculate. Then I kegel as hard as I can until that PONR feeling goes away.(I definitely feel pressure your PC or BC muscle must be strong)

And I don’t know much about kegel I was actually seeking advice

I heard if you do it wrong semen can leak into your bladder, urinary trap infection, semen can linger in your shaft ( causing pregnancy if you have sex with a women)

You don’t know much about kegel? If you can hold 45 sec you must have done it a lot!

Well I was reading but I didnt figure out what exactly the kegel does.. It exercises the BC or the PC? Or both of them?

I read in some places it is the BC and other ones the PC.. And I read that the correctly way to kegel is to do it without contracting the anus.

Is the BC the muscle between the anus and the balls and the PC the muscle that contracts the anus?
