Not getting any more gains

I’ve been doing PE for 4 months now. In the first month I gained .5 inches in length and .125 in girth. Since then, I have not gained anything at all. My goal is to just increase length for now but I am not getting any results. My routine consists of 10 min stretching, followed by 20 min jelqing. I do 2 on 1 off. Is there anything I should change about my routine to get more length gains? I have done searches but I really wanted to hear a person’s perspective on this. Thanks.

It might just be that you have passed the newbie gains portion and now have to work harder to achieve. Be patient.

Add heat to your routine. Do your sessions under an infrared heat lamp (150W). Make sure to cover your balls with your underwear or some aluminum foil. At the end of your session, when your shaft is maximally heated, hold a long stretch of about 30 seconds, and then put the whole shaft (still stretched) under cold water. Once the shaft is cool, end the stretch. This will help ;) .

Maybe try splitting up your stretches from your jelqing. I was in the same situation a couple of months ago. I decided to do my stretches in the morning and my jelqing at night.

splitting sessions throughout the day is always better and a very good idea. keep everything stretched

Try 15 mins in a hot bath before you even touch your pee pee. Followed by the same after PE with a single stretch outwards held for the duration of the post PE bath (15mins)

Also search “piss pulls” and check your not becoming bored with the newb routine and are starting to take quality away from each jelq, 4-8 seconds per jelq imagine your dick getting bigger with each jelq. Tell yourself your adding micro millimetre’s with each pull.

That’s waste of water. He’ll be better off with rice sock, heat pad or IR lamp.
