Not getting any more gains
I’ve been doing PE for 4 months now. In the first month I gained .5 inches in length and .125 in girth. Since then, I have not gained anything at all. My goal is to just increase length for now but I am not getting any results. My routine consists of 10 min stretching, followed by 20 min jelqing. I do 2 on 1 off. Is there anything I should change about my routine to get more length gains? I have done searches but I really wanted to hear a person’s perspective on this. Thanks.
