I have been PEing since June 08.

Starting size:
BPEL - 7 1/8
EG Mid - 4 7/8
EG Base - 5 1/4 (probably measured wrong)

Current size:
BPEL - 7 3/8 (has been 7 3/8 since January 09)
EG Mid - 4 7/8
EG Base - 5 1/8 (I think this is the proper measurement)

My routine for about the last 6 weeks has been:
10 minute rice sock warm up
2 sets - 30 seconds each stretch (Down, Up, Out, Right, Left)
2 sets - 30 seconds each V-stretch (Down at base, Down at mid)
2 sets - 30 seconds each A-stretch (Up at base, Up at mid)
Starting with 200 wet jelqs, now doing 250 wet jelqs
10 minute rice sock warm down

I do the stretching routine Monday-Saturday. I do the stretching routine plus jelqs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

I’m not sure why I’m not gaining. Should I be doing 2on/1off? Should I look to make or buy a ADS device.

I also try to kegel every night before bed, but I’m not sure how to increase resistance with kegels. I needed I can post my previous routines and my kegel routines.

I dunno about the gaining, but with kegel resistance you can get an erection and press your penis down (lightly) and then kegel to raise it up again, hold for a second and repeat.

For being in this for as long as you have, your routine is rather light. But I don’t know if increasing it will help.

It might be time to look into hanging or an ADS. Clamping for girth.

Vantage, I did 3 other routines before, but for long periods of time. I thought just doing them would create gains, but now I’m thinking changing things up often and incorporating different exercises is key.

Should I just try the same routine on a 2on/1off scheme, or should I look to make/buy an ADS device right now. Do you have any ADS recommendations? I’m going to focus on length and try to get to about 8.5in BPEL, and then focus on girth. Do you think most pornstars are about 8.5in BPEL or more like 8-8.25in.

Thelovebelow, do you know of any threads that talk about certain routines that can be done to offer resistance. Also is that pretty much the only way to control resistance?

What was your routine when you were gaining? Why did you change it?

Are you getting good/bad PIs?

Most pornstars are probably in the 7-7.5” BPEL range.

Maybe increase the intensity of your stretch. You should definitely feel the stretch when your pulling. Your actually not doing much stretching, and mainly jelqs. Maybe the jelqs just aren’t for you, or your technique is wrong. Try increasing your stretches. From what I’m reading your stretching for a total of two minutes in each direction, and jelqing. In my opinion it takes much more time stretching, in order to gain. With jelqs, if your not doing them right, then you could be devoting most of your time to an exercise that just isn’t productive for you.

Also, although a couple of people out of a thousand on this forum will argue…warm up is most important, and warm yourself while exercising, but please throw some ice on your dick while your finishing up your routine. Warming your cock up when your done, then allowing it to shrivel up and cool down on its own is of no help at all. Reading your ideas makes me wonder if you have read everything on this forum twice, which you definitely should have. Just read everything and anything you can on PE.

If I got it right, you’re stretching for a total of 9 minutes. That seems kind of low for a guy who has been PEing for a year and a half.

So you’ve been PEing for almost 2 years and only have 7 posts? I think you should spend more time on Thunder’s :)

Some people who are hard gainers have the feeling of a hard cord running down the middle of their dick, which takes all the pressure. Do you have this? Is your penis curved upwards? I wonder. If it is, I suggest a good read of this thread:
