Hi, I have recently started PEing and doing the recommended workout (2 days on 1 day off) and all the beginner exercises. But I have the following questions.
1.) After doing stretches, I get an erection, what I do is I just sit and then it goes away. Is this is bad? Am I doing something wrong?
2.) Because I am circumcised jelqing is a bit harder for me. One of my questions is when jelqing, you have to squeeze all the veins in your penis, correct? And if so which jelq exercise should I use.
3.) My third and last question. For how long should I continue doing the beginner routine>
