No Jelqing, Just Stretching

I’m a newbie and before I have even started this I have done research on injuries and on this page there are a lot of jelqing related injuries that are permanent. I want to try it but I am to scared to do so. So I am thinking of doing PE with just stretches. Would that be an effective PE routine where I could see length gains or is jelqing mandatory.

If you’re just looking for length gains, stretching on it’s own can be effective. If you want to incorporate jelqs, you just need to be aware of what you are doing. The guys that injure themselves are not paying attention to their PIs, jelqing too hard, too much, or at too high of an erection level at first. Pay attention to your penis and how it responds. You’ll be just fine.

Have you read about stretching injuries? There sure are many. Now if you read the exercises, ask question, be gentle and you’ll have no problems.

Thanks James, I read that some people don’t work well with jelqs, something about a weak vein that bursts no matter how good the technique is. I was wondering the possibilities of my length gains with just stretching? Also what my routine should be

Heat heat heat. Heat is there to prevent injuries. Its crucial for newbies to use lots of heat to prevent injuries. Yes you can gain without jelqs, but I would still say jelqing will assist you with more gains. Use the wet jelq as it makes it easier and have less chance in injuries. I’m on a stretch intensive routine at the moment but still use jelqing and edging to keep my EQ up there. Stretching does a number on your EQ.

Pleasingthewife is right. Find a good source of heat. There are many different variations mentioned here. I use an electric hair dryer. Some use IR lamps, hot wash clothes, or heated rice socks. It’s all a matter of preference and what you have on hand. It will totally make all the difference. The Newbie Routine gives you a good start to a stretching routine. 5 minutes a day, 30 second intervals of manual stretching. Check out the videos. I put a routine together from them and all the stretches I mention are there.

Here’s my beginning stretch routine:

30 seconds straight out stretch
30 seconds JAI stretch
30 seconds upward stretch
30 seconds downward stretch
30 seconds down-left stretch
30 seconds down-right stretch
30 seconds rotary stretch right
30 seconds rotary stretch left
30 seconds v-stretch
30 seconds inverted v-stretch

As for a lot of the guys who have claimed extreme injuries from jelqing, I think some are just here to discredit PE. They have never shown any proof of a PE routine and then all of a sudden have a jelqing injury. Even if it is true, it could have been avoided if they were adamant about keeping a progress log and watching their PIs. The experts here could have seen that they were overworking and tried to talk them out of the disastrous situation. Believe it or not, our penises are pretty damn tough. They can take a lot more than you may think.

So I would not rule out jelqing if I were you. I have seen much more success from it than any type of injury from it. As Jimmybob55 said, you can also injure yourself from stretching or any type of PE technique for that matter. You have to get the worries of possible injuries out of your head. See what you are able to do with your own penis and not worry about the negatives so much. PE takes courage. If you have it, you won’t be afraid to experiment.

Stretching EQ

When I stretch and my EQ decreases will it ever return back normal or will it stay that way

I can get my EQ up pretty quick with jelqing and edging. But other people have to take breaks and edge a bit and in weeks their EQ will return or even be better than before. So yes, you can get your EQ back, but how fast depends on your body. The reason people get injured with jelqs is because that jelq at a too erect level way too early. If you stay between the recommended 50-70% erect level, and use enough heat, its pretty damn hard to injure you penis.

Jelqing isn’t suppose to be done with gorilla grip. Start soft and just milk your penis gently… I don’t do gorilla grip jelqs and I get great EQ improvements from it. Also helps repair tissue and build new tissue

Stretching affects your EQ ,but its not a bad inticator. I have made good gains after a period with low EQ.

Try to take 1 or 2 days off.

Also often masturbation and stretching will affect your EQ for sure.
