Don’t know if others are agree with me but I recommend that you accelerate your PE (in duration and effort).
From December 2006 to the end of January 2007 I did this routine:
From Sunday to Thursday:
1 Simple stretches 1 min in duration 2 to 3 times in every direction (at least , forward, downward, to the sides and upward)
2 jelq for 20 min can be lengthen to 30 min.
In two months I went from 5.7” to 6.3” in length, (and a 0.6 cm in girth).
STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)
