First month: newbie routine no gains

2nd month: 5 min stretch(up down right left) during 30 sec each; btc stretch 5min; v stretch 5 min; inverted v A-stretch 5 min; 10 min jelq; 5 min uli : always no gains.

Can you help me.

Don’t know if others are agree with me but I recommend that you accelerate your PE (in duration and effort).

From December 2006 to the end of January 2007 I did this routine:

From Sunday to Thursday:

1 Simple stretches 1 min in duration 2 to 3 times in every direction (at least , forward, downward, to the sides and upward)

2 jelq for 20 min can be lengthen to 30 min.

In two months I went from 5.7” to 6.3” in length, (and a 0.6 cm in girth).


STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

Fundamental point- warm up.

Firstly up the stretches. 5 of BTC, followed by 10 of normal, 15 of mixed V, A stretches. 15 minutes of jelq at what ever erection you feel works best.

Try it out for a while.

First that’s not a lot time at all. Some people got gains after half a year and maybe later, the goal is not to give up and have a clear mind. Think about growing, do work out and you will grow trust me. Never give up, time and dedication is the main thing you’ll need to grow! Don’t let you’re self down, try a other work out routine etc.

I agree with ares88, you need to put more time in. 35 minutes is just not enough. I would suggest you double your jelq time at least. In all honesty, I didn’t have girth gains until I started clamping, and since I jelq and clamp together, my girth and length increase together almost equally.

I agree with Luka two months isn’t much of anything at least to me. In fact I thought one was supposed to do the newbie routine for three months. So why are people telling him to up the intensity when I see he’s already doing Ulis and if I’m correct isn’t that clamping of a sort? Are those not post newbie routine exercises?

Personally, I swear by JAI stretches. I also think Fowfers are great, and try traction wrapping when you are not actively PEing.

I hate to say it but you need to warm up more.
Strectch longer try 120-15 minutes.
Jelq nice and slow for 15 minutes.
Kegel
Warm up again 10-15 minutes.

Build on this gradually adding more time and jelqs. Same ol same ol don’t get it.

Haha… 120 minutes of stretching… I must say you REALLY gotta have a hell of a grip to accomplish this. :)

Maybe you should get a tighter grip when you jelq & take your time. I had a semi-tight grip & jelqed for 10-15 mins & got great results
