No gains, looking for advice
After not gaining for a very long time, I decided to start this thread to get some advice.
PE History: For my first year of PE I did the newbie routine on and off and maybe gained .25”. I was very inconsistent most of the time, but in that year I did have a good 3 months of dedication with the newbie routine and didn’t gain anything so I took a 2 month break.
I started back up at the beginning of December of 08’ with the newbie routine again. After about a month and a week of doing the newbie routine at 2/1 or 3/1 consistency, I started incorporating some V and A stretches. For the past few weeks I’ve upped my routine to 7 mins warm up, 15-20 mins stretching (9 way stretches with a few A and V stretches, and 150-200 jelqs, then 5 mins warm down.
I didn’t gain anything from those routines so I changed the stretching part of my routine to SD, SD to the left/right, Left/Right, and JAI stretches for SU, and Straight Up to the Left/Right (for JAI 3x15 sets). Been doing that for about a week and haven’t seen any difference in measurement.
If anyone has some advice on what I could do to spark some length gain please let me know. BTW length is my focus for now.
