No Gains At All?

I’ve been doing PE for 3 months, two months was spent doing a different newbie routine from PE Gym. I decided to find a different routine after no gains. Now I’ve been doing the newbie routine off of this website for a month and still no gains.. I take the right amount of warming up and taking my rest days. My EQ is around 6-7. I just really don’t know what to do and I need advice.

Hey man don’t give up! I heard some people are slow gainers, but that doesn’t mean they can’t gains 1”~2”, they just need a lot more commitment and discipline.

Anyhow you have to consider that you might have rushed this too early in your PE career and it’s advised that you take a break to start over.

The most important PIs to guide your training in my opinion are the morning woods and EQ, doing an adequate workout should give you high EQ and morning wood everyday.

Why don’t you take a week off and then start over with a light newbie routine, something like 5min warmup, 5min stretching and 50 slow jelqs. Then finish with 50 kegels and 5min hot wrap.

Focus on quality of the movement and watch your PIs.

My EQ is ok but in the morning I don’t have morning woods. Just a little bit bigger than flaccid state.

Is this a bad physiological indicator?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Well, I still get morning wood, it’s not as good as it was when I was 15 but it’s there.

I didn’t see ANY measurable gains for 9 months! I had positive PI’s the entire time. I just stuck with my routine and gained over 1/4 inch girth between months 9-14. Now I am in a plateau again. Just stay patient and stop measuring so often. Try measuring once every 2 months or so.

What if you hadn’t had it for years but still get normal erections?

I too waited nine months before seeing any measurable gains. Some respond faster than others. It took me five years to gain an inch in length and girth. Be patient grasshopper and you will be rewarded for the effort you put in.

It’s just a little discouraging when you read that a lot of people gain a lot of newbie gains.. You know?

Many users have told me that not having morning woods is normal when you train hard. And not only this but also that the morning woods are actually nocturnal erections and only sometimes we get up with them.

Then you can’t use that PI much. Now, PE may restore your morning wood but unless it restores it THEN you lose it again…not having them won’t matter in your case.

I don’t have them regularly and haven’t for ages. So having them is nice but isn’t indicative of my health per se.

You know there’s several ways to get to the same place. Don’t get discouraged and keep in mind PE is a marathon!

I was always below average and used to think how unfortunated I was for borning this way. But I’m grateful that PE is possible and we can improve what we didn’t born with!
