No gains after 3 weeks should I make changes
Using the newbie program as outlined below. I started with 10 minutes of Jelqs for the first week. I do not feel I am in the zone yet with the Jelqs as I only seem to stay bigger after for about 15 minutes before I turtle.
Do you think I should make any changes?
Any concerns at this point that I am going to struggle to make gains?
Rice in sock warm for 5 min
Stretch 30 sec each. 3 sets of up, straight and down
Warm for 5 min
Jelq for 15 min
