Hangers,

I am very busy, so hanging is ideal for me since it allows for multitasking. Can one make signficant gains by only hanging? Advice from experienced hangers would be especially appreciated.

I believe most will agree.. YES!!! To maximize gains you need to use an ADS, too.

I`m in the same boat as you. I don’t have a bunch of time to play with my dick, so I looked into what seemed to give you the most with the least effort. I hang about an hr. a day and wear my PeniMaster a couple hrs. or so, a day. I have gained roughly an 1.000 in about 3 months. On a bad day, .750
I am gonna look into Montys weights, soon. I want to give them a try.

Thanks for the replies, fellas. I’ll look into the ADS right away. I can invest up to an hour or two per day for hang time, maybe more.

I was going to do Monty’s when I start hanging but You have to get them shipped.eh thats a problem for a guy in college liveing at home because he at a local JC waiting to transfer.

I ship these things in a Priority Envelope which takes 2 to 3 days typically. The package could be passed off as a heavy book. It obviously doesn’t have any outside references about PE.

I do believe you just advised this guy to start hanging with out conditioning his penis. Maybe you vets know more than me but for some reason this seems like a bad idea. Once you’re conditioned you can gain plenty through hanging but I wouldn’t advise straight up starting with hanging. Just a though.

Oh hell yea. That’s all I’m doing is hanging/ with light jelqs and light clamps at the end. 10 hours a week. Decreased masturbating, no more then once a week. AM sets and PM sets. One hour after each session I put it in a “ADS” an ace bandage this keeps it at 7 inches for about an hour. Sometimes I ace bandage it up for two hour(with a break in between each hour). Gotta go with BTC for that extreme angle.

I’ve gone from 7 x 4.75 to 7.5 x 5 just from this routine and really all my gains came in the last 3 months cause I finally mastered the whole process. Thought I was going for 8 inches before I attacked girth but I might have to go for 8 1/2, cause I wanna hurt the bitch. Yea gonna hurt that pussy thats why I’m here. Oh yea he’s right. theskyisthelimit said it. I didn’t see your number of post just your start date. When you start your skin and your dick will not be use to this. This is a sort of high risk workout. Bruising and discoloration is very common. Your dick loses blood flow for the whole time your hanging. I do 15 min sets. Start very very very light. I started with 5 lbs which was most likely to heavy. 2 lbs would have been better. Go very slowly in weight. This isn’t bench pressing or curling. Just cause you think you can hang with more weight doesn’t mean your tougher or that you have a bigger dick. READ ALL OF BIB’S POSTS ON HANGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He seems to be the founder of the process. Be careful.

Some guys here have made great gains lengthwise and never hung. I am hoping that could be me, because hanging freaks me out.

Oh and Monty, I live at home and go to a J.C. I don’t order stuff in the mail either. I would be caught lol. I am going try to get some golf weights or order your peweights and send them to the post office.

I started hanging last night, I decided to hang only after a few years of PE under my belt. I did try hanging last year but it just hurt. Now after being well conditioned it kinda feels good.

If you’re a newbie be very careful with hanging, and use very light weight. I wouldnt recommend hanging for newbies either.

Hanging is a good foundation for any PE program, however, it neglects the glans and any aficionado of the Hammer will want the big head. So, you would be advised to sneak in the jelq activity (this requires the shortest amount of time, relatively speaking). I never have used an ADS and have gotten significant gains with just a hanging discipline. If your new to hanging do not exceed 5lbs for about a month of workouts, there is no rush to get to the heavy bars. Pushing it in this area just leads to negative results.

My PE experience covers about 20 months of stimulating the meat puppet to dance. It has been quite a rewarding experience from the onset, girth gains came almost immediately and the length is finally starting to kick-in. It is quite a day in every PEer life when the one inch mark is achieved, it’s almost like gaining another 10 years of life. The 2 inch mark seems illusive but I have not given up hope.
