Been pe’ing on and off for almost 2 years now and just about to get back into it. I have always been skeptical like most guys and now so I am more than ever. What helps you guys through your routines when you start to have doubts about pe?


Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

What helps me is the motivation. After good workout I love my flaccid. For me it is all about Patience.

And I don’t have doubts :) I know that it works.

When I started PE exactly one year ago, I had doubts about the effectiveness of it. I decided to try anyway. A fee weeks are enough to measure the first gains, and it’s a great source of motivation. Today I no longer doubt. It works.

It’s all a hoax, this FREE site is set up by people who make fake posts about gains, routines, and so on…and they continually post for months, years, just to trick you into using this site that you paid nothing for and has no advertisements or revenue.

LONG Term Goal - BPEL 20.5 (8.07") - MSEG 14.6 (5.74")

Well, I have been on and off. But the thing is you have to do it all the time to get gains and cement the gains. Otherwise you will get no where

Not exactly, its more like bodybuilding where you get a big and pretty pump going when PE every day or every other day but the gains go away when you take a week off. However they come back fairly fast.
Like in bodybuilding the gains you get are not going to be any indication of what you will have at the end of the year. That half inch gain in the first two months may end up being you’re only gains for that year, but don’t you dare complain. Some people can show off with huge gains in the beginning while others grow steady and slow. The only shrinking I have ever gotten from a long time off was a half inch of length from 8.5” after senior year in HS to 8” by college but if I wanted I could get them back easily.

Wait, penis reduction…BLASPHEMY!

I had doubts my self. On paper it sounds ridiculous and unrealistic. But 5 months later, I am my own biggest proof, and I am not blind.

Patience and consistency give results. It is better to be very dedicated and consistent for 5 months, then be “on and off” for 2 years. That is sloppy and lacks discipline, which usually leads to no result.
