I found this place about a week ago after I joined MN and it looks like a great resource. I’m 22 years old with a below average member (6” L, 4.5” G). I’m looking to increase girth, mainly, but some bonus length would be great too (I’d be really happy with just 1” extra in both categories). My current program is from the Penis-Health site - two length exercises, the plain Jelq plus the ‘horizontal movement’ thing.
What I do want to ask, though….
- is there any way to know if I’m overtraining? I don’t want to do myself a permanent injury.
- I’m uncut which is a bonus sometimes and a pain in the ass at others. Any uncut guys with starting tips?
- what’s the minimum amount of time per day I should spend? I can’t really spare 1-2 hours a day on this because I find it hard to get time to myself. Is 20-30 minutes really going to help?
Anyways this is a great site, just a little daunting…there seems to be so much info and so much effort put into it. Thanks for providing this great resource.
