Heya folks.

I found this place about a week ago after I joined MN and it looks like a great resource. I’m 22 years old with a below average member (6” L, 4.5” G). I’m looking to increase girth, mainly, but some bonus length would be great too (I’d be really happy with just 1” extra in both categories). My current program is from the Penis-Health site - two length exercises, the plain Jelq plus the ‘horizontal movement’ thing.

What I do want to ask, though….

- is there any way to know if I’m overtraining? I don’t want to do myself a permanent injury.

- I’m uncut which is a bonus sometimes and a pain in the ass at others. Any uncut guys with starting tips?

- what’s the minimum amount of time per day I should spend? I can’t really spare 1-2 hours a day on this because I find it hard to get time to myself. Is 20-30 minutes really going to help?

Anyways this is a great site, just a little daunting…there seems to be so much info and so much effort put into it. Thanks for providing this great resource.

Overtraining - just listen to your body. Take a rest if you need it. I got blood spots a fair bit when i started on the shaft and head but I rarely do any more now it is conditioned.

I’m uncut and when stretching I pull the foreskin back, grab the head then pull. You can tell the difference whether you are stretching lig or skin. Jelqing later on adds some skin length.

20-30 minutes at the very least will make your end healthier. And you can do your kegels anywhere, anytime which are probably the most important but least mentioned part of PE’ing. Still even 30 minutes will be enough gain as long as you are consistent.

Hi Piett, welcome to Thunder’s Place! Just like with anything else, the more time you devote should translate to better/faster gains. That said, 20-30 minutes is better than no PE at all. Just be sure to remain consistent with the time you have and I’m sure you’ll see some results. Enjoy!
