Long time lurker, first time poster. I would like to start by asking a question here.I plan on doing the newbie routine (10 minute warm up, 10-15 minutes of stretching in all directions, then around 100-150 3 second jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes of a warm down). I hope to use this method and this method only, and simply add to it. I am not into clamping/hanging, frankly they scare me (Manual exercises scare me enough!) I hope to first become much more healthier down there in terms of EQ and then hope to add an inch of length and girth. I am a healthy 23 year old and my starting stats are as follows:

My question is, can I rely simply on manual stretches and jelqs to obtain my goal of one inch?
