Newbie routine question

Newbie routine question

Im currently using the newbie routine and was wondering if I can just take out stretching. Im soley just looking for girth gains. If not thats fine, which leads me to asking how hard should I be stretching?

I think it should be okay to remove stretching. You can also slightly increase your jelqs. How are your PIs?

Whatever you do to your routine make sure to keep a close eye on them.

My PI’s are pretty decent I would say. I had a scare yesterday while stretching. I pulled to my left and I felt a weird feeling as if something was being stretched but in a bad way.

anyone else think its ok to eliminate stretching?

It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. It it feels odd or off, don’t do them.

Solid advice.

@rm1000 - as Titleist said, if something feels weird in a bad way, then don’t do it. Moreover, you mentioned that you’re primarily looking for girth gains. Focus on your jelqs. When properly done, jelqs not only increase your unit’s size, but also enhance the EQ and your unit’s overall health.

Very New To This Whole Thing

Hello all, I am very new to PE and have tons of questions; so many in fact, that I probably don’t know what kinds of questions to ask. (You don’t know what you don’t know kind of scenario). I am interested in increasing mainly girth, but would also be stoked to gain length! I am engaged and have two children ages 2 and under that live with me and I work a lot, so I don’t feel as though I have the time to invest in myself for the gains I want. Are there certain times of day you all devote to jelqing, stretching, etc.? It’s hard to imagine being able to sneak away from my family long enough to do even 20-30 minutes of PE activities. What kind of advise can one get from this group on how to even get started? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
