Newbie Questions

Hello guys,

I always wanted to make PE, but I didn’t have any hope. I started to read the forum and I got some hope reading the gains of the people.

I’m 24 years guy and I have 5,9” / 15 cm of length and I have a goal to reach 17 cm and the main goal to reach 20 cm.

So I watched a lot of videos and routines and I wanna some opinion guys, can you help me with that? I want to start next Monday and I promise to help the forum and post my improvements.

Welcome!

You should start with newbie routine and if that’s too much start with linear.

Thank you, how long and how much did you get some results?

Well I am newbie too, I’ve been doing linear routine combined with kegels for more than one month now and I did got bigger flaccid, better erections and a little bit of girth. Just be patient, gains will come eventually.

Hello fellow newbies, 1 month into it here. 5.9” is an excellent starting place, because you can get gains and all of the positive physiological side effects (improved EQ, veiny, higher sex drive, healthier penis overall) without worrying about getting too big.

I would say the main thing to keep consistent is heat. It allows you to minimize risk of injury and learn your body along the way. Starting out, newbie routine is good, just be careful with your dick. Don’t overwork it, and if you feel pain or other negative effects, stop immediately to recover.

Aside from that, good luck! In terms of routine, varying your angle, style, and exercises is what people say has the best effects, because it doesn’t allow your dock to plateau with one exercise.

Any tips to use heat?

From experience and what I’ve read here so far, wet heat is better than dry heat, heat as much as possible without discomfort (I believe 106-110F is the highest safe range), and heat during exercises if possible using a heat lamp.

I haven’t needed a heat lamp since I am 1 month in, but that’s what I know so far.

I dip my dick in a cup filled with warm water for 5 mins while in shower and after a routine a warm down with warm water from a shower.

Thanks a lot.

You guys use any cream, lube ?

Nah, I do it dry. I stay hydrated and put on lotion every time I shower, so I don’t need the cream since the skin isn’t too dry there. I also think dry allows you to apply pressure to the penis under the skin more effectively, but both ways probably are fine.

Problem solving with fire.

I’m new to and I use a heated rice sock and hang weights for about 2 1/2 hours and then do a 10 minute ice water cool down. Been seeing some pretty good results too

I let the more experienced folks chime in here but from what I understood, hanging in the beginning removes the gains you would get from manuals, making further gains by hanging/pumping/etc more difficult. I also understand that the risk of injury when hanging too early is quite high. I very much value my member and therefore make sure I know all I can about injury prevention :)
