I have been at this on and off for several years now, so I’m not really a newbie, but do have some newbie questions. I currently am jelqing 20 minutes 4-5 times a week and stretching in the shower a few time a week for 10-15 minutes. In the past I have used a stretching device, but had to stop. So here are the questions I am hoping to get feedback on:

1. I didn’t really gain any length with the stretching device. I used it 4-6 hours a day for about 6 months, with little to no results. So if wearing this device didn’t help me with length gains, is manual stretching a waste of time. It seems if I didn’t gain with 4-6 hours a day, then I won’t with any amount of manual stretching? Whats the best why to achieve length gains?

2. Is jelqing for 20 minutes 4-5 times a week enough to see results? If I was looking mainly for girth is there anything else I should be focusing on?

3. Several times I have had a drop of blood come from the tip of my penis, I know this is because I am jelqing to hard, but has anyone else had this? I immediately lighten up my grip when this happens, but it freaks me out, is there any chance of damage to the penis?

You have sought advice from the members on your problems and have been given excellent advice. Which is simply start on the newbie routine and do all the exercises, Not just hard jelqing.

Yes! You are damaging your penis!

Give your penis a rest and let it recover from the damage you have inflicted upon it - At least two weeks

Then ease off the heavy jelqs, and do the newbie routine. Thousands of other guys have had results. So it is worth a try and it is a proven method You may find it worth while to take the jelqing very easy for a week or two when you restart.
