Hello everyone,

I started PE with the newbie routine and my results are not yet gains in length or girth but
My erections are a bit harder. But it’s just for a few weeks now, so ..

My measurements
EL - 5.7 inch and EG 4.7 inch

I have a few questions to experienced PE-practitioners:

1) are there special techniques for gaining girth? I am OK with my length, but would like to have more girth.
2) what happens when you gain girth or length and you stop? Do you fall back to starting size? Is there

1) Yes there are.

2) That seems to depend. You will read a lot of people talking about cementing of gains; you will hear others mention that they have gained and then lost all or part of their gains once they stopped; yet more people will talk about keeping their gains with no need for a maintenance routine. You should expect at least some loss after stopping: that seems to be the consensus view.

There is no standard routine for maintenance, but a general approach is to continue the routine that got you your gains, but in a less intense way. That may mean decreasing frequency of your routine, or decreasing the intensity of your routine by decreasing the number of repetitions or the duration of your session.

By the way. Using the warmup method of BigBamboo: Aladdin’s bottle. Working just fine for me !

Being a newbie, keep up with the Newbie routine until gains diminish. Meanwhile, keep reading.

That’s the best girth routine.
