Newbie progress, hooray
I have been a TP reader for quite a while now and messed with PE a slight bit about two years ago. However, I wasn’t really consistent with it and eventually stopped. I restarted PE in May 2009 and just measured for the first time. And let’s just say I’m pretty damn excited to see progress!
I started with approximately 5.5” BPEL x 4.375” MSEG (give or take a bit on both because my measurements were not as accurate as my latest). As of July 09, 2009, I am 6” BPEL x 4.675” MSEG! I was not expecting that much of an increase at all in less than two months but I must say that I am not disappointed one bit :)
My current routine is a modified Newbie Routine with 15-20 minutes of jelqing. After each 5 minutes of jelqing, I throw in a Horse 440 (at least I believe that is what it’s called - I make a reverse “ok” grip at the base of my shaft using my thumb and index finger and hold for 8 seconds, then add my middle finger and repeat until I am at my pinky. I then slowly release this and continue jelqing). As far as my stretching goes I just do the regular Newbie Routine with the “Mandingo stretch” recently added. I have been on a slightly erratic schedule that I would like to make more consistent, but it is generally 2 days on and 1 day off.
I am pretty excited about my gains and have become even more motivated now that I have seen progress. I will continue using my routine, adding stretches and jelq-related exercises every once in a while. In the meantime, there are a few size-unrelated things that I need some advice on though.
EQ to PONR ratio: I find that I have my hardest erection when I am the most “on edge” which definitely sucks when it comes to sex. I look down and I am rock hard but I can’t rail out my partner like I want to because I would cum in an instant :/ I have been kegelling for a long time now and while it HAS helped in EQ I haven’t really noticed any change in the time it takes me to cum. I don’t have a set kegelling routine, but I do these throughout the day:
1x30 second hold
10x5 second holds
5x10 second holds
I recently began squeezing as hard as possible while doing this but I haven’t been doing that for long enough to show any change.
Any advice on how to prolong intercourse/keep away from the PONR for as long as possible while being rock hard? That would be MUCH appreciated, as well as any constructive criticism on my routine/pictures/etc.
