My newbie progress report
Well I started looking around the fall of last year, after deciding on what to do I ordered a Penimaster and got it in December and started using it. My initial length was 5.75 bp. I started by figuring out how to wear it without any problems, so for the first few days I only used it for 15 min at a time and at a fairly low tension. Once I figured out how to wrap the black sock and attach the device good I started using it for an hour at a time. I used a small freeware countdown timer on my computer to keep track of my time with. I didn’t have much time to use it and figuring the gains were cumulative I went ahead and wore it as I could. I got used to wearing it for an hour without any problems after a few days so I upped the tension. I kept it so when I was relaxed it had 2 bars showing but if I moved and sat more upright in my chair it would go to 0 bars showing. I could adjust the tension and if I was getting close to my full hour without feeling fatigue I would sit more upright and increase the tension to try and make it to where the last 5 minutes it was totaly fatigued. I ended up almost never wearing it more than 1 hour a day and most of the time I was not able to go more than 4-5 days a week even at that. The only other thing I did was a 30 second stretch everytime I went to the bathroom. So I figure it would take me years to get any gains.
At the end of January I measured and was pleasantly suprised by a solid 6 inch length. I kept working out basically the same way with only 1 time getting 2 hours in one day. About a month ago I picked up some golf weights from Walmart and started wearing them around the house as I could but I haven’t had much time to do that either. I am still averaging 3-5 hours a week on the Penimaster at between 0-2 bars showing and after wearing it I hold an erection for about 15 minutes to get the blood flowing good again. I have not been wearing the golf weights as much as I would like to, but my gains have been pretty steady and much faster than I could ever have anticipated with as little as I work out. I would estimate I get maybe 6-10 hours a week in with the golf weights on a good week and 0 hours on a bad week. I also do a few Jelqs in the shower. I never was sure if I was doing them properly because I feel it pretty good after about 10-20 jelqs, so I never do more than maybe 25 at a time. I will eventually get them to where they feel right and probably start doing a lot more of them but for now it is working out ok so I am not changing my routine.
I am currently able to measure 6.75 bp after a workout which is getting close to 7 inches so I am really happy with the way things are progressing. I hope if they are newbie gains that they keep on for another quarter inch before stopping :) I have 6.5 as my stats in my sig because that is what I always measure even after 5 days of not doing anything.
I also replaced the strap in the Penimaster with a velcro velostrap like this http://www.cyberguys.com/templates/…0357&sk=MC51419 I had to cut it short and attach a section of hook side velcro for the strap to attach to the bottom of the penimaster but it works much better and is so simple to put on and take off. The velostrap fits it perfectly and I would recommend everyone using this device to run to Lowes or Walmart or somewhere and pick it up sometime to replace the rubber straps that come with it.
Overall I am very happy with my progress even though I think I might be able to do better with more time and I definately think the golf weights have helped with the last 1/4 inch or so. I plan on continuing with the penimaster and wearing the golf weights as much as possible but this workout goes to show you that even if you don’t have a lot of time to put in it some gains are possible if you are persistent. I really am happy with the size I am now, but that doesn’t mean I plan on stopping until my penis gets so big it pulls all the blood out of my body when I get an erection and I die from lack of blood :)
