Right I have started P.Eing now and I am going to stick to it. I have started the newbie routine and I am just abit unsure of how to do kegals right. I have read how to find, though I still am a little confused. Anyone care to explain?

An easy way to describe them would be that you try to stop yourself when you are pissing. That is effectively a kegel. Or, try to stop yourself when taking a poo.

The first exercise above works the BC muscle. This is the one you want to target. The second exercise works the PC muscle. See Locating the bc muscle.
