Newbie Introduction and routine

Hello all,
First of all I would like to introduce myself. I have been PEing for a good 4 months now, completing the newbie routine a good month ago. Since then I have been using the routine below which is basically a mishmash of techniques I have picked up lurking on these forums. I am uncircumcised with a pretty heavy foreskin, and my main goal at the moment is Erect length. And so, without further ado:

The routine:
Warmup: A good 5 minute hot-towel wrap application.

Stretches: I tend to go through many different types of stretches, but these are the ones I regularly use:
10 minutes of 2 minute stretches in each direction (down, down-left, left, straight out, etc).
JAI stretch, usually 2 sets of 2-3 minutes.
Stretch from both sides, one hand near the head pulling away, and one at the base pulling towards (do not remember the name of the exercise), usually 2 sets of this for 1-2 minutes.

Jelqs: Normally 5-10 minutes of low erection level (10-30%) milking towards the floor.
Another 5-10 minutes jelqing at different angles, usually towards the ceiling or straight out, these are generally at 30-40% erection level.

Warm-down: 5 minutes hot-towel wrap/shower.

I would also like to add that I use a little mini-heater which really keeps things hot next to me as I go through the routine.

Now, I wasn’t whether or not to add this next part to this post, but to keep things simple I decided just to make one big post with everything.

Recently, I have discovered that at a low level erection, if I grab at about 1-2 inches from the base of my shaft, it feels like I grab “behind” the actual blood engorged part of the penis. I have looked around on the site and a few anatomy pictures, and I am a bit concerned because I do not know what it is I am grabbing. Further more, if I hold this grab and stretch forwards it feels as though the more engorged part of the shaft is being squished against the head of the penis (there is no milking, and does not feel like a jelq but more like I am pushing a cylinder of spongy tissue forward), the part of the shaft behind my grip basically feels like a flaccid penis would. However if I stretch it forward I can feel a real pull internally, almost up to a few inches below my belly button. I was not to concerned at first but it seems this grip/stretch causes some pretty heavy bruising (I normally get a few red pinpricks but after doing this I got a few 1/8-1/2 inch blotches for a few days). Needless to say I have stopped doing this and am going to try a few things to see if this is the real cause of the bruising. Also, I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences at least could shed some light on this?

On a separate note, I have already mentioned that I was uncircumcised, and have read that many get around this by pulling the foreskin back and then stretching/jelqing. However, for me grabbing behind the head with the foreskin peeled back is extremely sensitive (to the point of pain) if I try to apply enough pressure to stretch. I am wondering if others have experienced this and how they get around it?

Feel free to leave any comments/suggestions/criticisms.

Thanks Joey24

Sorry, but I am afraid that I can’t answer your questions. :(
But, as a Newbie myself, I want to Welcome you to forum. :)
This seems to be a good time for you to complete your PE Statistics before any more time passes. A good thing to start your progress record. Click the “Quick Link” above. It’s easy.
Good Luck PEing.

Joey, jelq at a higher erection level. When jelqing at such a low level I doubt you would be moving anything but skin and dick. With the stretching, I wouldn’t recommend pulling your foreskin all the way back. If you have a lot of forekins like me pull back until you just see your glans then pull.

Hope it helps.

Sounds like you managed to pull only the CC (where the urethra is going along inside).
And no, it doesn’t sound like something you should do at all.. except very cautiously. :)

Unless of course your dick is pointing downwards (when erected) and you are doing a straight pull.. in which case naturally the CC gets to feel most of the strain. Be gentle and cautious in this case (as in every other case of exercising ;) ).

On a sidenote: There is a difference between stretching the outer skin of your dick and stretching the dick itself. You want to achieve the latter, not the first (unless all you want is more skin).

She said you had a small dick huh? Well just remind her of what Tom Arnold said about his soon to be ex-wife, Roseanne, when she said very publicly that he had a little dick - "Hell, even a 747 looks small when you put it in the Grand Canyon". At a 10-30% erection level, there is only enough blood in your penis to fill the forward parts of the Corpora Cavernosa and Corpora Spongiosum. The CS runs along the bottom of your penis and the Glans is an expansion of the CS. The CC’s run either side of your penis and terminate just below the glans. What you are doing is forcing blood forward towards the glans and ends of the CC’s. Because of the low erection level, there is little blood behind your hand, so it feels like a flaccid penis, which is what it is in effect. What you describe as the more engorged part being squished against the head of the penis is just that; the blood in the CC’s becomes under ever higher pressure the more you pull forward towards the end of your penis. Because the CC’s end just below the glans, the blood has no where else to go.

Because the blood ends up under higher pressure in the CC’s the more you pull, you will cause damage (the blotches) as the blood pressure gets dangerously high. This is why stretching should be done flaccid. You need to be able to grip the internal structures of the penis to get a good stretch; it sounds like you are pushing blood forward to create something to grip and stretch against; dangerous!

The pull you can feel almost to your belly button is the ligaments etc. stretching at their insertions. This will not cause the bruises on your penis; the increased blood pressure will be causing that. The deep stretching feeling in the insertions is good (if you are not pulling too hard), but you need to find another way of gripping your penis to avoid the huge pressures which cause damage from the way you are doing it at the moment.

I never did PE when I was uncircumcised, but I remember how sensitive my glans was! It toughened up after I had been circumcised for a while. Uncircumcised members should be able to give more advice here.

Firstly, thanks for all the responses and I have just taken the time to fill out my PE statistics.

As for the recommendations, aom91, I was under the impression that jelqing at a lower erection level was the best course of action if erect length gains were your goal? Please feel free to correct me.
Also, as I mentioned before pulling back the foreskin and grabbing behind the head is not difficult for me, however managing to apply enough pressure to manage a good stretch is difficult due to the sensitivity (to the point of pain) of my uncovered shaft. However I will try a few things, such as stretching with a partial erection.

Ys, thank you for the information, having found no other explanation for my “discovery” I was a bit worried. And about stretching the skin vs stretching the penis itself.. It is a bit difficult for me, but as I mentioned above I’ll try a few new things and hopefully get some positive results.

Thanks for all the support,
Joey24

Besides, I of course meant to write CS, not CC in my post above.. Darn you silly typo ;)
About the information.. That was mainly guesswork on my behalf. If it hits what you felt, good.. If not, find out what is for you. Get to know your dick ;)

New Discovery and Routine change

After reading all the replies in this thread (thanks again all) I have started to experiment with different ways of holding my stretches without causing any damage. I have finally settled on squeezing about 1-2 cms below the glans with the foreskin completely retracted, and although I usually have to reapply the hold every 10-15 seconds it is working quite well.

However, because of this new stretching method and some experimentation I have made a pretty significant personal discovery. I had noticed that while stretching, no matter which direction it was (up, down, left, straight out) there was only one part of the penis that was tightening. This was a 1cm thick cord running straight down the top center of my penis. While stretching this cord was extremely tight, while nothing else was even similar in tension. So, after searching around the site for a while I discovered that this limiting factor had already been experienced by a small few members, and seemed to be called the Septum.

Having discovered this new information, I then followed those older members advice, and have come up with a stretching routine which seems to target the Septum, as follows:

V-stretches (both pushing down on the top of the penis, and another type while applying more of a strong massage with the thumb)
Erect bends
DLD Blaster A-Stretches

These seems to be the core exercises I have found.

I will most likely start off with 2 sets a day of about 30-45 minutes total stretching and see how that works.

Please feel free to reply with comments/ideas, and I would especially like to here from other members who have had the same “limiting factor” at one time or other, or anyone else with experience in targeting this particular area.

PS I was not sure if I should have started a new thread since the topic has changed quite a bit, but hopefully enough people will read this as it gets bumped back to the top.

Ye, jelqing at a lower erection level targets mainly length. But why not kill 2 birds with one stone, helq at a higher erection level and get both length and girth at the same time.
Thats my $.02

Try this it might work better for un-circumcised men with lots of skin. Use more lube, a looser fat based lube, not Ky jelly that is water base and dry’s out to quick, use something in between really greasy and water based s/a jergens hand lotion. Apply enough to make things slippery.

Do the OK grip at the base with at least a 50% erection, jelq slowly upward towards the glans and the drip just below the glans.

Move the skin up slowly with the base grip, keep the grip firm enough to move the blood through to the glans. Release the grip below the glans repeat. Just like in the tutorials but your moving skin forward instead of running over it.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I had grip problems while stretching but they ended completely when I began to use toilet paper: this thing really provides a non-slip grip.

Try it out.

I only skimmed this thread because of the many posters using looooong paragraphs without breaks.

Sorry.
