I’m obese and I’m probably around 5 1/2 inches long, and I’m not sure on girth. Should I wait until I lose the weight before doing PE or should I start now?

Start now.

Definitely start now. I’m weighing in at 305 and thats sure as heck not going to stop me wanting a bigger penis.

However, I would say that if you were to start now, and perhaps hold off on losing the weight due to the gains and visual improvement you see in your unit, then starting now would be a bad idea.

Visually speaking, losing weight will improve your Penis size faster than PE will.

That’s what I was thinking.

Shadow I’m 5’10 and very close to 350lbs, so I still need to lose the weight I”m sure my unit will be bigger and function better when I lose the weight. My goal for my pole is 9 inches, but I know that could be out of reach, but I can still try and do it right. I don’t want to mess it up, I want to make it healthy at the same time.

Welcome to this great forum and the world of PE.

Start PE and lose the weight. Its a win win.
You will have a bigger dick and in better shape to use it.

I hope you reach both your PE and weight/health goals.

You can start right now then work on your weight as well!

I’ve found PE to be a great motivator to live healthier; since starting PE I have been eating better, working out more frequently, sleeping more, and drinking more water — all in pursuit of a larger penis. You should begin both right now if you haven’t already. They complement each other nicely.

I concur completely. You’ll find that the brothers (and sisters) here are phenomenally supportive about all facets of your life. I’d suggest doing both, but ultimately if you can only pick one choose the weight.

Losing weight will almost certainly improve the look and function of your unit on it’s own. Better blood flow means harder and likely some bigger erections (better EQ). Not to mention the overall health implications of being heavy and losing weight. No use in having a huge penis if you can’t use it.

Doing both at the same time is what I recommend. Losing weight and PE aren’t just things you do in spare time. They are routines, parts of a lifestyle. They will reinforce each other and make you more likely to keep up regularly.

I would also recommend to do both at the same time.

Thank you all for the encouragement, and I’m really glad that I found this board. I think I will start doing both as of tomorrow. Are there any particular vitamins I should try to consume to help with penis health? I know as of with most diets when you lose weight sometimes you lose nutrients as well.

Try taking the powerful antioxiadant Resveratrol. It will help to you lose weight big time and increase your testosterone levels, which is good for PE.

I agree with everyone that you can/should do both at the same time. At that weight though, I would have to say PE should come second if you have to make a choice. I am on my own “personal improvement plan” and some days you just don’t have time for it all. So I have a chart and some days, something doesn’t get a checkmark. That’s OK and I don’t let it de-motivate me.

Once you start seeing results in either pursuit, you’ll be motivated to keep going! Make reasonable goals instead of long term ones. clgp7 is right about the board too - really, really supportive people here!
