Newbie finding it hard to stretch

I am having a hard time just pulling my penis to do the manual stretches. I’ve been doing PE serious for about a month. I’ve been using this month to figure out a good workout workout and to figure out how to do things right. Seems like I got the jelq perfected but the streching is very hard. It seems like it is because I have a small girth size of 3 inches flaccid so I can’t get any grip. I’m looking for advice on how I can stretch w/o just pulling skin. No matter how hard I grip, I just pull skin. V-stretching seem to work good, but I want to do some more regular stretching in addition to v-stretch. How did you guys do it? Any help would be appreciated.

V-stretches are advanced exercises and shouldn’t be preformed by newbies. I put some blood in the glans to improve my grip and then I pull in the direction I want with using medium power.

I do a warm up before stretching using a small towell under hot water. I do apply a fair bit of heat just below the glans. Important though to remain flacid. I then wrap some soft paper, (tissue or toilet) just below the glans and start stretching

Take toilet paper and make a 1inx4in ring-type thing and wrap it direct behind your head up against the ridge. Then grab right on the ring and pull.

I’ve had much trouble stretching with the exact complaint as you. Toilet paper helps and also trapping blood/skin seems to help.

Try some baby powder before the tissue/toilet paper thing or try a cotton strip which works a lot better if you have it. I have read that some here have used a latex glove like the kind used by doctors to get a good grip. You might try holding down the skin at the base of your penis with one hand and grab and pull with the other hand. I don’t have this problem, I do what Bird2 does, I put some blood in the glans to improve my grip and then I pull in the direction I want with using medium power.

Try the baby powder.

Use toilet paper or use some gloves. Gloves work much better you won’t cut the blood pressure, so you will achieve better gains.

Dam! dude, not to steal from abracadabra’s thread, but what are you doing to gain so much so quickly?

Ok, toilet paper idea doesnt work for me. It really irritates my skin. I’m found a way where I sort of hook my penis so I can just grab only penis and no skin. I’m wondering if this method will work. Ill try rubber gloves tomorrow.

Toilet paper were too hard on my skin too.

I now use latex gloves and it works like a charm !!

If condoms doesn’t irritate your skin, the gloves won’t too :)

Ahhh, penis is really sore. I really hate to take a break but I think I’m going to have to take a week off. Injured it somehow. Ill try another session of PE tomorrow and if it hurts, ill just stop and take a break. I think it’s from the v-stretches. I can’t really locate the soreness though. It could be my glans. I really can’t wait to get out of the 4 inches erect club, lol. I want to join the 5 inchers and thats still small. But I want in damn it.

Anyways, trying to get my posts up so I can eventually post in the progress report forum. I think that if I post there, I can stay motivated to PEing.

Abracadab, If you feel you have to take a break to heal, you are definetly on the right track to join the 6 inch club and maybe the 7 inch club. We try to teach patience here before growth. Take care dude.

Abra, when I was a newbie, I used to stretch just a little after the warmup and bejore starting to jelq, it was 4 times up, 4 down, 4 right, 4 left, 4 front. With this my completely flaccid unit went to the 60-70% erection I needed to jelq.

Toilet paper works for me. It is a very simple concept. Tear one piece of toilet paper, fold it in half, wrap the member with the toilet paper centering the toilet paper about 1/4” above the glans then grab the member just 1/4” above the glans and pull the member. If you’re into working out with weights, use the concept of the performing the tricep press on the pulley machine (palms facing away). I use the toilet paper concept when I use the restroom to perform my 5 minute stretch routine through out the day (at least 8 to 10 times) to supplement my main routine.

Pain wasn’t there today but I decided not to strecth but I still did the jelq because those I can do perfect w/o causing any injury. Strecthing might bring the pain back.
